Mark has such a kind and welcoming demeanor & handled different repairs on two shoes I brought in. He was able to stretch a pair of heels that were quite small and remove embellishments off another heel. His prices are affordable and the results are undeniable. Quick turnaround too! Mark fixed my leather shoes that were stained by bleach drops and left them like new. He also adjusted my leather jacket which required cutting and sewing back together. Excellent workmanship, fair price and great customer service.

The owner is just an amazing craftsman, he fixed the zipper on my LV carry on bag. You could not tell if the bag was repaired. He also fixed the zipper on my most favorite hoodie!! I can’t express how grateful I was as clearly not a leather related repaired, but he did not say no. 👍🏻 I highly recommend him.
