Would not return here. Gel pedi doesn't even come with a 30 second little massage like they normally do. They also don't even do the 10-15 seconds of callus scrubbing that comes with it. She literally scrubbed 3 times on each foot. Also, one hand they made longer then the other. And the lady they did my pedicure I could tell she really didn't want to do it. She had a very dark energy. She's the one that doesn't look that Asian but she is Asian. Beware of her. You will not be happy. I've never been here and did want to try but I will not be back. Just didn't leave satisfied.

Nails Spa Studio is my new favorite nail salon! How did I only find out about this salon recently when I shop in this plaza all the time? Lana and Nancy did a fantastic job on my mani-pedi. I often have a hard time relaxing, but these two kind women managed to get me relaxed, which I truly appreciated. Major perks: - very easy and convenient free parking - fair prices - good hours - great service - no screens on the walls. Just music. I had my gel mani-pedi almost three weeks ago, and while they've grown out and need to be redone, they haven't chipped a bit! I appreciate the kind service and will book another mani-pedi and add on some massage.

I really hate to do this because I’ve been coming here for years but this place is getting out of hand. I’m not sure if they overcharge me purposely or if they’re prices have gone up but my partner and I went in for a gel pedicure, man’s pedicure and a cuticle cut and were charged $147 not including tip. I didn’t catch wind of this until after my partner paid but it infuriated me. He didn’t know how much these things usually cost so he ended up paying for it but once we got back to the car and he told me how much he paid I couldn’t believe it. I’ve gone in with him before and got a gel mani and pedi with a pedicure for him and was charged the exact same price. I’m not sure if they overcharged him because he is a man or if they’ve raised their prices that much but I had to write this review to warn people to see a detailed price list and make sure it matches the price they’re quoting you BEFORE you pay. Not to mention the fact that my basically had to argue for his feet to be drilled and only one foot was drilled. On top of the fact that the woman rushed through my cuticle cut, ended up cutting me because another customer was growing impatient at how much time she had spent waiting. As much as I used to love this place, they’ve completely lost a customer in me due to this experience. So upset!

Pedicure by tina was great - the manicure could be better. It looks so stupid I removed it the next day. Cant get anything decent in USA nowadays without paying an arm and a leg and still its not a guarantee.

Customer since 2022. They are taking care of my ingrown toenail. Professional and clean environment, with a sprinkle of positive energy due the technicians working in the salon, who are always smiling. HUGE RIPOFF!!! We got scammed into upgrades today, and my nail is already chipped. 114.00 EACH for a gel mani pedi. NEVER GOING BACK
