This has been my go-to Carter's since it opened. The store is always clean, staff are super friendly and always willing to help me. If there's something that they carry in the store but not in stock, they are happy to order it for you. During these times all associates wear masks and gloves. They provide hand sanitizer and enforce social distancing. They never have problems locating my account and always let me know when I have rewards to redeem.

I'm here all the time. Miss Lateshia is the best, she's always so friendly, sweet, polite and helpful. It's fun coming in and seeing her face and makes shopping for your little ones a joy. She's by far the best employee who works there. Thanks for all your hard work and taking extra time to help me out Miss Lateshia (I hope I spelled your name right!).

Great products with horribly rude customer service by Brittnie. She was too busy being mad about unfair treatment amongst employees. Her disapproval of other employees and managers should not have been a topic of conversation in front of customers at all. Upon asking my sister in law for her phone number and email address, that for some reason was not coming up in her system for rewards, she proceeded to rudely scold my sister in law in such condescending fashion, for not having a name that was spelled in the way she (Brittnie) felt was normal. She proceeded to tell my sister in law that as a customer. "You should tell employees when your name is spelled different!" My sister in law's name is a very common spelled name. She even spelled it out to Brittnie, as she recited her email address. Had Brittnie not been so consumed with continuing her complaint of employee relations, while she should have been paying attention to the customer standing in front of her, it might have saved time and she might have realized that the correct spelling was as it was given to her before she asked again. Heck! She might even have entered my sister in law's phone number correctly to bring up the right account. Very displeased with my first visit in this store!

I really enjoy shopping at this store. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I didn't notice the clothes smelling, and if they did, you're supposed to wash them before wearing anyhow so I have no issues. I also seem to usually find what i'm looking for since this is a less traffic store so it's easy to pop in and out. My only wish is that that store would open up a little earlier on weekends so that I can go and grab breakfast at the delicious Waffle Haus and then pop in for a quick shopping spree!!!

I can't even begin to describe how horrible this store is. My god, it's like pulling teeth every time we go in to get checked out. It's either an issue with them locating my wifes account, or the credit card not being able to be found in their system, etc. And every single time the people behind the register have a look on their face like a deer in headlights. I'm not sure what their process is for hiring new people... but I would suggest they have more of a strict policy than just seeing if they know what shapes are. Store IQ: .032

The supervisor was so rude to my wife that my wife came back from the store crying. Apparently my wife had been confused about the "fun cash" at the store, and the supervisor chose to be rude rather than helpful. When my wife confronted her about it the response was, "oh, I wasn't being rude." After my wife got back to the car and told me what happened I immediately took the purchase back to the store to ask for a refund. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor (you should see my hair cut), and told the supervisor what happened. The supervisor, whose name was Stacy, told me, "oh, that was me. I didn't think I was being rude." To which I responded. "Well you made my wife cry, so." Needless to say neither my wife or I ever really got an apology and Carter's just lost our business. I don't understand this trend recently of companys not offering good customer service, but this wasn't it. You don't just get to keep our business. My wife loved shopping at Carter's and I guess we'll have to go to a different location. Happy to discuss with someone from Carter's.

The clothes selection is fine and it is a decent store. Frankly, I didn't notice a fried food smell from the clothes I purchased as mentioned in the other comments. My poor rating is due to one of the employees who is the type of person with whom you hope to never interact. She is rude and clearly enjoys when bad things happen to people. She should not be in a customer service position. I have gone there twice and will not be returning because she was there being a glum, rude person both times.

Love Carters but this location is not great because all the clothes we brought home smell like they were deep fried. The Ramen place a few doors down must vent into the store. It's pretty gross

The store was very clean and organized. The only huge problem I had with my shopping experience today was that the clothes I bought as gifts smelled like fried food. Next door they have a ramen place that is always packed. When I got into carters it smelled like food in the store but I didn't think anything of it. I did my shopping and came home to wrap my gifts and realized all the clothes I bought smelled disgusting!! They really need to do something about that because this is unacceptable. Even though I spent over an hour at the store and did all that shopping, now I'm second guessing if I should just return everything because I'm embarrassed to gift it to someone.
