He took the time to help me choose the perfect fish for my setup, including 4 panda cory catfish and 6 neon tetras to live alongside my male betta.

What really stood out was how thorough, patient, and knowledgeable he was. Ian explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. It’s clear he is insanely knowledgeable about all things fish! He clearly genuinely cares about the health of the animals and making sure customers succeed with their tanks, and will go completely above and beyond to make sure that happens!

We did not get the first dog we wanted, but within a day the owner contacted us (while she was on vacation), as promised and we took home our little sweet girl Dolly.
