“This is by far my favorite Ralph's. I can almost always get parking, their selection of organic and vegan foods is constantly expanding, and the produce manager is friendly and knowledgeable. That said, I recently bought an organic watermelon and two organic eggplants which looked fine but were rotten on the inside and inedible. I returned to the store without the rotten food. Not only did they refund my purchase, but I got phone calls from the store manager and the regional manager to check to see if I was satisfied with the response to my complaint. I was honestly blown away by the attention to a relatively small problem. I avoid the magnolia avenue store because of the local homeless population that unfortunately spills into the store and actively panhandles in the aisles until they're asked to leave, making the shopping experience less than ideal, and the new store on Ventura in Sherman oaks is laid out in a way that I find annoying and counter intuitive, with like items spread halfway across the store for reasons I can't fathom. Nope. This is my store.”

“This is not my usual CVS as I live in Sherman Oaks. However, I was going to Bookstar and thought I would give this CVS a try. I was very pleased to see it is on the same calibre as my Sherman Oaks location. The staff was courteous and very helpful getting me the products I needed that were locked up. The parking lot in back is huge and accommodates many stores so you can park once and shop at a variety of stores on the block. It's great to know I have another good CVS location if I am in the Studio City area.”

“Although ive lived close to Elements since it opened, I was getting my prescriptions from the chain pharmacies and big box stores, untill, Covid visited us in 2020. My job required me getting the vaccination or I could not go back to work. We looked online and saw the closest place to get one was at Elements Pharmacy in Studio City. The staff was incredible and very friendly. I switched to Elements for all my Pharmacy needs . Its been almost four years and I thought it was time to write a quick note to let everyone at Elements know how much they are appreciated. The whole crew are amazing.
