this place never left 2020. massive shields and desk for scial distancing. and insane rules. - no dogs - no apple pay - no napkins - no restroom - no samples - no bills over $20 - children must be supervised at all timee - drivers must pick up on right side - upside down chairs employees don't care to be there. but at end of day it's froyo and good froyo. so come here for froyo nothing else.

If you like Pinkberry, you'll probably like this, but read to the end, you might get mad. I was craving Pinkberry when I saw the sign. I hadn't been in for what seemed 1 million years and walked in and asked for a sample of the mango, which I had not had before (PPS not as good as the original flavor)..."no samples!" The cashier said " It's on the sign." She pointed to a giant sign that I missed but shouldn't have because it was huge. "Oh," what if I don't like the flavor?" She shrugged her shoulders. I considered walking and turning around at it but it already convinced myself that this is exactly what I wanted. I ordered a small half mango half original with some toppings. I went to pay the bill "eight dollars" the cashier said " eight dollars?!" I questioned back reflexively. She shrugged her shoulders again. " this better be good." I said to no one in particular. It was not, it was just OK. I get that things are expensive now. It's hard to keep business is open etc., but to me at eight dollars you've passed the threshold of this is a "small" into, "this had better be really good" It wasn't terrible. It was just OK. and I for sure did not like the mango. So if you are craving pink berries, this location certainly delivers but with smaller portions, and less friendly than I remembered the pink berry of yore.

This place is still stuck in the COVID days with plexi glass protector and chairs and tables stacked up on the side since early 2020s. The frozen yogurt is still the gold standard among all. Just eat and go; or even better to go order.

No bills over $20. No Apple Pay. No public restroom. No tasting. No dogs. Limited toppings. It's crazy.. you have to get a large yogurt to get only 5 toppings. So many rules for a yogurt..

Three topping maximum? Premium toppings? No samples? What happened to this place? They manage to charge $8 for a small yogurt with a pathetic amount of toppings. I’ll never come here again.

By far the worst Pinkberry I've ever experienced. They kick you out exactly at closing time, just after you've spent $25 for two small orders of frozen yogurt, no Apple Pay, no samples, they weigh your order and charge you extra for toppings. The owner or manager (whoever is running the show) completely robs you from the joy of treating yourself to a sweet treat.

No samples, no Apple Pay, not self serve. After you pay them you get to taste your bad decision. In my group we got plain and pomegranate. Both flavors tasted like water. My suggestion is skip this location.

Understaffed, wildly expensive and skimps on toppings. $8 for a small with 4 tiny slices of strawberry cut into cheerio size pieces. My last visit a small was $4. No one is ever at the counter you have to ring a bell. Go across the street to Fatamorgana instead, better selection and prices.

if i could i'd no stars. customer service sucks, company has lost a customer. two days on redeeming a free bday yogurt because "the system didn't have it we can do nothing, $9". then slammed the bag on the counter.

Went to Pinkberry to purchase one the woman that ring me up told me that they don't accept Apple Pay and her broken English which is fine but as I'm reading every notice on the counter about Apple Pay and how they do accept Apple Pay I'm explaining to her for over three minutes as my Pinkberry was melting that clearly they accept Apple Pay or they wouldn't have all these notices about Apple Pay on the counter, she goes to the back for five minutes brings out another girl that's younger and she said in Spanish to the other lady something another 3 min goes by - then finally puts the Apple Pay machine in front of me and it this point my phone dies! I told her I'm A 15 year customer and I will come back next time with a card and she grabs my Pinkberry and throws it away in the trash and says no you can't have it!! I told her if it didn't take you 10 minutes to figure out that you Do take Apple Pay then we wouldn't have this problem and she didn't seem to understand except she just said sorry in a rude tone!! Wtf! What happened to the friendly round the corner Pinkberry!! Omg! Not going back there!

Pinkberry is Pinkberry. The standard of frozen yogurt. Is it boring compared to new American Designer Ice Cream joints? Yes but you know what you're getting a very few places have better tasting flavors than Pinkberry nor do they have their rewards program. Come back to the old favorite before they start closing them down.

The owner of this place has managed to suck all the joy and magic out of the Pinkberry experience. I don't know which of these is worst: A million signs telling you all the things you CAN'T do (including NO SAMPLES), taking away tables, forcing the staff to underserve you, or the ridiculous prices. I can't stop laughing when I think about what a joke this place is under their management.
