Drove 1 hour because apparently there is not a lot of DHL centers in the valley. Their website says they close at 5pm M-F got here 15 min before 5 and they were closed? had a deadline for a package to Europe that is time sensitive. This is terrible business practice and service. I will never be coming back here. If sign says you close at 5, close at 5! Had a lot of packages now have to find another way. Thank you Precision Mail for wasting my time

Wow, the young woman working there is very helpful! I've been to other DHL's, but this is by far the best one. I was helped with packing and shipping an important Farfetch return in under 10 minutes. Will be coming here from now on from Calabasas.
