I had an amazing experience at Relax The Back with Ron Erb !He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs before recommending the perfect products. I was impressed by how personalized the service was — they measured and adjusted everything to fit my body perfectly. The quality of their ergonomic chairs, pillows, and back support products is outstanding. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my comfort and posture since using what I bought here. Definitely worth every penny if you care about your health and want top-notch comfort. Highly recommend!

I cannot give enough praise to Ron Erb (Store Manager) and my recent experience at Relax The Back. We needed to have some repairs done on a chair we purchased almost 15 years ago. Ron was kind & patient as I rambled on trying to describe what was wrong with the chair. He identified the problem and quickly suggested a sensible solution.
I can appreciate the sticker shock that’s often associated with making a purchase from a place like Relax The Back but there’s a level of expertise and customer care that’s unrivaled. There’s also an enduring quality to the products they provide. You can absolutely purchase similar items at a reduced price elsewhere but you’re mostly likely going to encounter compromised quality, virtually no customer service, and you won’t have the pleasure of meeting Ron. Seriously, that guy is awesome! The whole experience was at least a five out of five stars thanks to him!

I had a fantastic experience with a warranty issue regarding my Life Form Chair. Pam helped me through the process with ease. The chair is back at my desk and works like a charm. I love this store, they have so many wonderful products to help ease my back issues. Bravo Pam for the excellent customer experience.

Recently checked out massage chairs. last Thursday and Friday Will probably purchase a Cozzia. The Relax the Back representatives were polite, informative, totally professional. I've purchased numerous products from them over many years. Their products as well as their customer service are top of the line.

After a long weekend, I went to the store to get help with a chair and Ron was the guy!!! He was able to answer every question about the chair and then proceeded to give extra customer service. Highly recommend when going chair shopping :D

Mr. Ron Erb is the store manager at the Studio City location. I met with him and immediately liked his friendly and very warm approach in dealing with customers. I went in for a pillow but they were out of stock. The store manager, Ron, went above and beyond by driving to another store to get it for me. I was able to get the pillow from him at my local store the very next day. I had a great experience and would recommend this store to anyone!
