Most terrible customer service I've ever experienced, first one of the lady employees was staring at me for about 5 min straight while I was trying to get a bag of candy that fit my budget with my 3 other products after that she had some hydration drinks on her cart that I was just trying to read about not even touching anything and she pulls the cart away from me and says don't look at my stuff and I kindly asked if she Had any of the drinks out on the shelf she told me yes and then as I asked her where they might be she stood there and completely ignored me after asking kindly maybe 3 times where i can find them so I put my items on her cart and told her she should work on her customer service so that's the last time ever going to that location and if its one of your first times going id choose a different one?

Spaggio has-a a little bit tear in eye when he-a write this. Used-a to be such-a nice-a place. Could-a browse "As seen-a on TV section" and dream big dream. Could-a maybe getta some ice-a cream for bargain price. Or hair deodorant to smell like-a girl. Spaggio spends hours for many-a years walking aisles of this-a place. What happens? Now is-a like Thunderdome with-a Tina Turner. Empty waste-a land. Nothing onna shelf! Why not? Spaggio gets-a mad. Now he cryies from-a angry notta from-a joy no more!This ain't-a one of those-a Rite-Aids where Charlie Sheen steels everything. This issa in a good neighborhood. They issa choosing to not have-a deliveries. Why not? Donna wanna sell stuff to customer? You angry the wrong-a squirrel mister. I'm-a Hollywood-a squirrel getta respect! Spaggio can't-a always control his-a bowels I can tell you because what squirrel can? Wish he could, but he cannot sometimes. Maybe that's-a gonna happen. Not fill up shelves with-a products? Maybe gonna fill up with-a poop.OK, not really. Spaggio wishes he didn't-a say that. He angry, but not Republican. Not gonna p*** on everything.OK, but fill up-a shelves and make Spaggio happy again, ok?Love USpaggio

I'm looking for a new pharmacy, but in reading this Rite Aid's horrible reviews from the past 6-12 months and management's repeated apologies with no apparent improvement in service, it's clear that this store has no interest in improving its abysmal customer service record.

This is in reference to the pharmacy. The pharmacist are perfectly nice I just want to put it out there that there is zero point of paying in advance. You get a text that says to save time pay at an individualized link but when you get there, every time, you wait in a long line, you tell the person at the counter what your birthdate is, they get your meds, ring them through the cash register and then ask you to type your birthdate in again on the keypad and then they check you out. The pay in advance is very deceiving because you think you're going to go in, give your name and show your license and that's it but it is 4 steps and a ringing up process after waiting at length in line. The only difference I guess is if you don't pay in advance you have to put your credit card in the machine instead of or in addition to verifying your date of birth for the second time on the keypad. Very frustrating. I've literally never paid in advance and walked out in less than 15 minutes. Really hoping they update this system.Today I got the added benefit of the pharmacist telling me I am due for three vaccinations (tetanus and two others I had never heard of). We had a whole conversation about how I need them every 10 years, etc. Just know that if you do the pay in advance option it really doesn't matter. Maybe someday they will change this.

One star only because that's the lowest I can give. Don't let the nice interior fool you... the pharmacy staff is horrible. My wife dropped a prescription off on Friday, was told it would be ready no later than Saturday. By Monday, no communication from them, she called to follow up. They literally lost her prescription.. like misplaced the physical doctor note. They then found it... only to lose it again a day later. When she went to pick it up to take to a competent pharmacy, she again had to wait for them to "find" it. No systems.. no SOP .. just people using up space. Save yourself a trip and go to another pharmacy. Sorry not sorry.

I had been looking for children’s Tylenol everywhere with no luck, but the manager at this Rite-Aid went above and beyond to help us obtain a package for our sick little girl. I cannot express how grateful we are and how much this will make a difference in her recovery. Store manager’s name is Brianna. Thank you ?

The female pharmacy tech who answers the phone is so miserable and rude when being asked any question, or for a prescription. All I needed was lidocaine gel for arthritis that will never be less painful- last thing in the world that I need is to be forced to speak with someone who clearly regrets her career path and is complaining to me that they don't have a very common medication in stock (totally fine, I can wait) and acting as though my request for it to be ordered is somehow inconvenient for her? Just quit already lady. There are plenty of more capable and decent people who would take the position.

Garbage pharmacy! Never answer the phone, only to put you on hold forever and never pick up the phone again. Go somewhere else! Capsule is a wonderful pharmacy and they deliver with excellent customer service. I only attempted to reach out to rite aid to see if they had a medication that capsule was out of, but capsule restocks fast.

This is a chain drugstore run by a for-profit corporation. It's exactly what you expect from a company who values profits over people. They do what they do efficiently and economically and for that I am grateful. I always know what to expect when I go in and that's exactly what I receive. This isn't a neighborhood pharmacy where everyone knows everyone and you can get a dose of that warm and fuzzy feeling. Those kinds of pharmacies exist, if that's what you're looking for. Rite Aid will get you in and get you out so you can get on to other things.
