This store & management is a mess. Went in and spent a lot of money and came home to realize they messed up my entire order. My products were wrong and I was overcharged. They put my items aside to pay for at the register and when I went I pay for them, everything was gone and I had to go find everything again.
I called thinking management would be helpful but spoke to Anthony the manager who was totally inflexible and wasn't able to provide any solutions or work around. He was totally apathetic and couldn’t care less to try to help me and now my family has the wrong Christmas gifts. 😭

Just yesterday, I visited the Sephora in Glendale and was genuinely impressed — the service was attentive, the staff were polite, and the shelves were fully stocked with testers and products. It was exactly the kind of experience you’d expect from a premium beauty retailer.
Today, I came to this location, and the difference couldn’t be more drastic — and frankly, unacceptable. More than half the testers are missing, especially in the fragrance section. The shelves look neglected, and worst of all, the staff are rude, uninterested, and act like you’re a burden for asking for help.
I came here with a clear purpose — to quickly buy products I need for work. Instead, I was told I had to wait 10–15 minutes just to try something because employees are only allowed to bring out two items at a time from the stockroom. That’s absurd. I explained that I didn’t have time to stand around, but they showed no urgency or care. Same issue with the perfumes — no testers, no help, and no accountability.
As a regular Sephora customer who spends money here consistently, I expect better. I’m not asking for special treatment — just basic service, stocked shelves, and professional behavior. This store falls far below that standard. Something needs to change.

I’ve visited this Sephora store five times recently, and every single time the experience has been disappointing. The perfume shelves are nearly empty, there are no testers available, and it’s impossible to properly try anything. This isn’t a one-time issue — it’s a consistent problem specific to this location. On top of that, the staff are often rude and make you feel like you’re bothering them just by asking questions. As a regular customer who spends money here frequently, I find this completely unacceptable. Sephora positions itself as a premium store, but the service and in-store experience do not reflect that at all. I sincerely hope management takes notice and addresses these issues.

I came to exchange a foundation I had bought from the Sherman oaks mall less than a week ago due to it not mixing well. I understand foundation separates when left out a while but this wasn’t the case. I asked a worker who I didn’t get the name of but she had a septum and a sun tattoo on her left hand. I showed her and she said it’s just been sitting out long and it would need a shake, then she opened the packaging to the one I grabbed in hopes to exchange and she said yeah they just need a shake, the new one was mixing very easily while mine wasn’t AT ALL. I told her my husband and I shook it for an hour and still nothing whereas hers just mixed easily. She continued to tell me no, they’re all like that and I felt gaslit to put it into words. I then told her I was going to exchange anyway and she said okay but you can’t continue to exchange the foundation for this reason, if you’re not happy with the product get a different foundation. She just seemed so rude, in no way did I say I was unhappy I just didn’t want to shake or mix on my hand before applying and she just wanted the last word in and to just be right. I’m in the beauty industry as well so I know what’s right and wrong when it comes to formulas, she just seemed mean and that’s the kindest word I can use for her. Definitely will NOT be looking to ask her for help or advice ever. The lady with curly long black hair was sweet, she assured me it shouldn’t ever look THAT separated.

Service is horrible, and this is my 3rd time coming to this place, and it's always like this . The people that work there are too busy talking to their coworkers, and if you have a question, they will look at you continue ignoring .I decided to go. The other location at Sherman Oaks Mall was a better experience.

My wife wanted to stop by this Sephora location after we finish eating brunch at a place in the same plaza. I found parking just fine in the plaza but if you come after lunch time then it might be more difficult because of the Trader Joe's. When we walked inside the store, we were greeted by the worker. Just be aware that there only 1 entrance and you'll have to walk to where Ventura is because there no entrance from the parking lot. The store is a decent size but is organized. I went to look at the cologne area while my wife was shopping. I tried smelling some of the cologne options but didn't like any of the ones I sprayed. My wife found some stuff that she liked and a worker was very helpful with her. This store does take Apple Pay as a payment and when we were there, it did take a while to checkout with 2 cashier.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Rue for her exceptional service. Every time I visit, she goes above and beyond to assist me and always provides valuable feedback on the products I'm using. When I first came in, I was struggling with painful acne, and Rue immediately recommended products that have worked wonders for my skin. My skin has improved drastically since I switched, and it's all thanks to Rue. She genuinely cares about her customers, and I truly appreciate her dedication and expertise.
