Escalator has been broken the last few times I've visited over the course of a couple of years. Might be coincidence, poor management, or overuse but it definitely isn't doing the place justice.

Lots of free parking. I drive down the west side ramp to P2, then take the elevator up to level 2 to see my hairdresser Melanie at Studio 15 Salon Suite #212-28. She takes one client at a time, excellent service and prices.
