You ask him a question responds to you like you’re not worth his time. He looks at everyone like they are broke. I switched to T-Mobile today after being with AT&T for 20 years ! The crew at this location were tremendous. Matt and Carlos did a fantastic job with providing the best customer service. Highly recommend!

This is a scam store , employees don’t know anything about promotions management are not helpful, they need a lot of training since they making people sign contracts. They only care about making there 10or 15 $ bonus ( spiff) and they don’t care if ended up paying extra 200$ a month !! The store doesn’t have any business cards for the are manager so you can call and complain and when you ask for the the number they give you a non working number. T-mobile I can’t wait to finish the contract with you and I’m definitely giving my money to different companies that they spend some money on training employees.

The salesman, name began with a B, with the dark long curly hair and beard gave me the impression that he was too cool to speak To speak to me. Was not welcoming or accommodating.The reviews I read about the store obviously were spot on. Not the place to go.

We have been business clients of Sprint and TMoblie for more than 18 years. Lately I jave had the good fortune to have T Mobile experts help me and my partner manage all of our business lines. (We have 5 ). We have gone to the other stores in Sherman Oaks but have found that the branch on Ventura in Studio City the most organized and well staffed. Our wait was less than 10 minutes.A few days ago we needed two new lines to be added to our account. What made it challenging for me was transferring of old lines to our two new iPhone 15s.Mr Baker Derron went out of his way to ensure all lines where transferd to our new iPhone 15.Baker was extremely kind and patient with our concerns and questions regarding the new IPhone 15. He never made us feel rushed or embarrassed about our elementary questions about our account. Not only was he extremellyprofessional and polite he reassured us on all of our questions. He also made excellent recommendations regarding phone cases that had easy charging ability as well as patience as he installed our screen protectors.Hats off to this well run office!

Let me tell you something. ADRIANA was out here giving fun conversation while spending an HOUR troubleshooting my problem with the portable hotspot. She explained my situation as many times as necessary to as many people as necessary and really tried to help me out. Unfortunately, even with all of her hard work, we couldn’t fix the problem, but she really made the whole process easier while I was waiting and helped me to not feel so sad since we were already having a great time. Thank you so much Adriana. You’re amazing and I hope you have the best of holidays! You deserve it! Studio Ghibli forever ?

Awful. 21 years customer, went by this store to pick up a sim card after activating a line over the phone. The representative on the phone told me it would have been free so I told that to the guy in the store. I just got a wall of attitude from the guy, so called back customer support and they got me set up with a digital SIM, no charge.So:? for phone support/customer care,? for curly guy with attitude at this store.

My boyfriend and I have been to many T-mobiles in Los Angeles, with that being said Krissy and Ivy from studio city were more than excellent and experienced with helping us and informing us of the issues we had encountered. They were very patient and took the time to walk us through the entire process making sure we left satisfied!! Once again thank you Krissy and ivy you guys are literally the best I will be coming back just for you guys.

Who could imagine a trip to T-Mobile to handle no less than 4 matters could be such a lovely experience -- thanks, for the most part, to the wonderful, funny, friendly, totally efficient and cost-conscious help I got from Joshie.I stopped in on a Sat afternoon and it was BUSY. I was greeted by someone who said they would be with me shortly and the first person from the T-Mobile team who became available was Joshie. LUCKY ME.I started off by warning this bright-eyed, friendly fella that I had A LOT to cover: first, I needed to purchase a new phone for a new assistant and have it added to my monthly bill. Secondly, I needed a Wifi device for my business. Third, I was traveling out of the country next month and wanted to assure my international plan was up to the task and lastly, I wanted to switch over one of my employees from my business partner's plan to my plan. Honestly, I thought I would be there for HOURS. Within 5 minutes he handled two of those issues simply by looking up my plan and advising me. He was knowledgeable and fast! He made a thoughtful recommendation on which new phone to purchase and I got a 50% off deal in the process. For the WiFi he explained that I could try using my hotspot, showed me how to do it and told me if that didn't work I could come back in and purchase a WiFI spot but he didn't think I'd need it. Honestly, just that advice saved me over $200. And HE WAS RIGHT. I tested my personal WiFi spot for the purpose I needed it for last night and it worked GREAT. He set up my new assistant's phone AND through a T-Mobile special I received a FREE line that didn't cost me a penny. So to recap, I walked in thinking I would be there for HOURS. I was there for only about 45 minutes and at least 10 minutes of that was because I arrived at a busy time and they were helping other customers. I thought I would be spending hundreds of dollars. Nope, walked out spending $75. Also, had a nice chat with Joshie about my horses, him growing up in Utah and all kinds of stuff. Super nice guy and I will go back to this store just to have him take care of me / my telecommunications needs. He was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, thoughtful, friendly and fast. For just a little while, Joshie made LA feel like a small town and it was really nice to feel welcomed and valued -- and for the deals -- I am also grateful. Thank you T-Mobile and thank you Joshie. Appreciate you!

We ordered our phones online and they told us to go to any store and they could help us transfer our info and activate our phones. We were hesitant, but when we got to the studio City store, Javier was our hero!!! He did the transfer and helped us transfer from AT & T and checked that our transfers were complete. We are so grateful to Javier, who was as nice and patient as could be! Thanks so much Javier!

I needed a new screen protector, which I was told I was part of my insurance plan I purchased and that I could get free replacements as long as I had the insurance. I went to the N. Hollywood location first, waited in line about 45 minutes to be told they didn't have one in stock to fit my phone size. So I left and drove to the Studio City location. The woman I spoke to said they didn't have the screen protector I needed either but they would order it and mail it to me. That was about 3 weeks ago. I never got it, I am sure they didn't order it. Probably threw my information away as soon as I left and laughed at me, that's the vibe I got. What a waste of time and energy to even bother going to both stores to get what was part of my insurance plan. I ordered one online and paid for it, it was easier than dealing with the terrible customer service T Mobile always provides.

This store is the best! They were the only store that was able to fix my phone. I tried 2 stores in New York City and Josh at T-Mobile Ventura was the only guy who managed to fix it. Top Service!

I spent three days trying to switch over from another carrier-they could never figure it out. Everyone I spoke to, including going into the store, had different information. THE WORST, HORRENDOUS. I COULD THINK OF OTHER WORDS, BUT WHY BOTHER?

I went into this store today with a device I purchase less than 24 hours after the purchase and they would not refund my total purchase. You are speaking to a person who claims to be the manager who has no name and neither do the either employees. I am speaking to this women and a guy very nasty interrupts and says we cannot do anything. If this in fact was the Manager then why would she allow an employee to speak on her behalf.The SIM prepaid card did not work or the device and they refused to give me my full refund.Beware if you go into this store as the people are very unprofessional and need customer service training.
