Dr. Martirosyan is a generous, intelligent, and professional doctor who will take action and responsibility for a patients medical care. The pharmacy is responsive, easily accessible, and expedites medication delivery. They have a wide selection of medications for affordable prices. The technicians are lovely and pleasant to talk to. The pharmacist and technicians truly display care for their patients. The pharmacy is comforting and maintains a clean environment--everyone is always positive and eager to help you. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the Los Angeles area.

Where do I begin. Two months ago I discovered my dog is deathly allergic to bees. After a life saving trip to the emergency vet, we were given a prescription for epinephrine, in the event that he would get stung again. Because he's a small puppy we need a very specific dose of epinephrine, which most mainstream pharmacies don't carry. I visited Toluca Pharmacy for the first time yesterday. We were so relieved to hear they had the correct dosage we were looking for! Everything was going great until we were about to pay, when a lady from the back room informed us that the vial they had was glass and we would need to find special syringes with filters (which they did not have in stock) before they would sell us the epinephrine. Additionally, they wanted to check with our vet before selling us the drug. Fine.After getting a green light from my vet the next day, my partner went back to Toluca Pharmacy to pick up the vial. Not only did they not allow him into the pharmacy, but they actually told him that they were closed indefinitely, not knowing when they would reopen. Weird, considering there were about 5 people working inside. I decided to call them an hour later to see what was going on, and on the phone they told me they were open until 6... UNTIL they realized who was calling, and they quickly changed their response to "closed until further notice."The lady on the phone was extremely vague and rude, showing no remorse for the fact that the drug she was refusing me could potentially save my dogs life. I will not be going back to this pharmacy, as both my partner and I got very uncomfortable vibes from this experience.

My mom had been using this pharmacy for a few years and had no complaints about it. Then we switched doctors and they started messing up her medication. They would not deliver her insulin on time, then they would not deliver all insulin, shorting her one vile. We had to call several times to have this fixed. Then the doctor switched her insulin and they sent the wrong type of insulin to her, they were also billing her medicare wrong. When we stiched pharmacies the lady working there became super rude, it's like she was a different person. My mom was in the hospital and they sent her prescriptions to this pharmacy by mistake again, when i called to inquire the person there, i believe the pharmacist, got on the phone and said that since we had switched pharmacies they weren't going to fill any prescriptions for my mom anymore as i had requested them not to deliver her other medicine anymore. She seriously acts like she is doing people a favor by fulfilling prescriptions like she is working for free. Choose another pharmacy, any pharmacy but this one, they are just so rude.

I have been using them for several years now since Walgreens was booted out of my network. I find the knowledge and service first rate. They are very friendly and helpful with any questions. They are also very prompt in filling out my refills.

Always very helpful with any Rx you need. Superior customer service. Transferred all my office RX to this pharmacy and all our patients are very happy with their service and knowledge. The wait time is so minimal compared to chain pharmacies. It's a truly a gem in Studio City.
