This was my first aerial yoga class and it was so much fun! Easier than I thought. The teacher is very friendly, fun and knows what she is doing. Able to assist in different poses and lets you play around and discover.

What a great experience! I can't wait to get back in the air. Very knowledgeable and friendly teachers. Lovely facility. And an amazing stretch-strengthen experience.
