When I first saw the store, I swear I thought the place was like an Apple store just how clean and tidy this place is. I had a lot of help from Ryan in shipping large boxes across the country. He is very resourceful as he gave me pointers on what other shipping services I can use for international freight. I recommend this place very much!

Everyone here is so nice! Everytime I come in they make it super easy, efficient and I know my package is in good hands. Last time I had a big box I could barely get my arms around and without me even asking they rushed to help me from my car.

Ryan Kim helped me ensure that I had everything I needed for a critical business meeting. All of my materials were printed, stapled, and ready for me to pick up. If I could give 0 stars I would. The place wasn't open as indicated by their hours. I tried calling the number listed for the location, ther was no answer. Parking is difficult. I guess employees work whenever they feel like.

I was trying to rent a PO Box and had questions, but I felt like it was pulling teeth to get answers from the staff and they don’t even give you access 24 hours. I was trying to find out when they will get access 24 hours and the guy was not helpful and acted like I was inconveniencing him by asking him questions. If anyone at this location wants to let me know where you guys have your business properly set up then maybe I’ll try again but there’s no point in me wasting anymore time asking staff because they’re not helpful and I got nowhere with them. Disappointing because it is a good location for me, but I can very easily in a mailbox anywhere else. But I would think that with them being a new store, they would want to get peoples business, not push them out the door.
