We stopped by to purchase water and lottery tickets, and while I typically avoid smoke shops due to my sensitivity to smoke and personal preference as a non-smoker, I was pleasantly surprised by this store. The cleanliness, fresh air, and overall atmosphere were far better than expected. Most notably, the level of customer service provided by the staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Kudos to the team for creating such a pleasant experience in a space I wouldn’t ordinarily consider visiting.”

“I found this wonderful place about 3 years ago at the former location (just across the street). The owner was leaving and was half way down the block but noticed me and another person trying to get inside. He yelled for us to hold and he literally ran back to reopen for us. That was awesome and I have gone back a few times. He now has a new shop across from the old location and when I walked in, it was like going from night to day. The older location had a lot of items but was a little busy and tight. Thus new spot is amazing. Great items and obviously a great guy that owns the place. U should be able to find ur pipes, bongs, torches and a great selection of xxx items for all tastes to choose from. I love the new location and if you have been to the older location, wait til u see the new spot. Still blown away at the change and loved the old but the new is awesome.”

“I’ve been coming here for 7 years, I left to San Diego 2 years ago and haven’t been back in since, just went back today and they still recognized after a 2 year hiatus. The customer service here is the best I’ve seen out of all the Vape Shops I’ve been to here in LA, I will always drive out of my way to come here ( I live in Glendale). Wren is so knowledgeable about all the 100s of products they have, and always gives me the best suggestions. I can’t speak for the other stores they have in the area but I would be surprised if they weren’t as wonderful as this one. If you’re looking for a vape shop this is the one and only. Trust that once I move make you LA next year I will be making that 30 minute drive when I need supplies.”
