“Great experience, friendly customer service definitely would recommend to anyone in the area prices are on point and the good thing is that they are open super early so this is a spot to go to.”
“I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Sam at California Smoker Zone on Melrose, and I cannot recommend her
highly enough! From the moment I walked in feeling completely overwhelmed about finding the perfect gift for my mom, Sam greeted me with genuine warmth and immediately put me at ease. He took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my mom's preferences and lifestyle rather than just pushing products, which made all the difference in finding something truly special.
What really set Sam apart was his incredible product knowledge and patience. She walked me through various options, explaining the differences between pieces with such expertise that I felt confident in my choice by the end. He wasn't rushing me or making me feel pressured—instead, he created a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where I could actually enjoy the shopping experience. His recommendations were spot-on, and he even suggested a beautiful accessory that paired perfectly with my main gift choice.
Thanks to Sam, I left California Smoker Zone with a gift I know my mom will absolutely love, and the whole experience was genuinely enjoyable rather than stressful. If you're looking for exceptional customer service from someone who truly cares about helping you find the right fit, make sure to ask for Sam. He's a rare find in retail these days, and that shop is lucky to have him representing them on Melrose!”

“Big 5 stars to Spade Smoke Shop for the great service and high-quality products. They have a great selection of glass pieces and flavors, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Friendly staff, good prices, and a really solid experience overall. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for quality products and professional service.”

“5/5 STARS — Mike Made This the Only Smoke Shop I’ll Ever Go To! ⭐
Bel Air Cigarette & Vape Smoke Shop is hands down the best smoke shop in the area — and trust me, there are at least five nearby. The prices here are absolutely unbeatable, and the quality of everything in the store is on another level.
Mike is the reason this shop stands out. He took his time helping me, walking me through products I didn’t even know about, and made sure I understood exactly what I was buying. He never rushed me, never made me feel pressured — instead, he made me feel welcome, seen, and taken care of. I honestly haven’t had a better experience in a smoke shop before.
Whether you're looking for a unique bong, a pipe, an oil burner, vapes, or cigarettes, THIS is the spot. The selection is huge, the vibes are friendly, and Mike makes the entire experience smooth, easy, and enjoyable.
If you want great prices, real customer service, and someone who actually cares about helping you, come here — Mike truly made my whole experience.
Highly recommend! ??”

“Stopped into this shop today without expecting anything special, but Melissa really exceeded expectations. I wasn’t sure about the juice I needed, and instead of just ringing me up, she took the time to explain the difference, helped me avoid one that might leak, and even ran upstairs to bring down more options. She made sure I walked out with exactly what I needed. You don’t often find that level of care in customer service anymore, and it stood out. I’ll definitely be back.”
“I have been ordering here for over a year an each time I place an order Mike is very fast at shipping & always there is you have questions! Great place thank you”

If i lived near here I’d make this my go to shop. Next time im in the area i will absolutely stop by. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a smoke shop”
“I’m a Eagle Rock local & was in search of a purely CBD pen to complement my THC flower on the days I didn’t want it but still wanted something to hit & after no luck after looking at different dispo’s in the area, came across this place & KG & Monica, the NEW OWNERS we’re the hookup! 👌🏽🔥 Not only did I walk out with a new CBD 5 Gram Cart!! I walked away with a new place to come back to now for my CBD pens specifically, it’s legit a gem, love how cozy it is too! :D”
“Prices are pretty legit on glass, more products available for purchase than most vape shops I have been to. They even sell glass for tanks even tho no one sells replacement glass anywhere!!! 10 stars across the board!!”
“Tonight I flew into California from Jersey with a designer who was trying to find a good dispensary. We ended up stumbling upon The Ashes and I have to say, your sales rep Annie was amazing. The effort and attention to detail to help us understand the product that this place has to offer was so helpful, and she made our experience there extremely smooth and is someone I’d consider a professional at her craft.
Would very much recommend this dispo for good weed and great customer service.
Thanks Annie.”
“I come by this store because I am new to the state of California. Ana/Kylie are amazing and well informative. Great deals and I absolutely love the Game, lol! Don’t forget there deals help support them all . Much appreciated thanks Bored N Stone you always make my day that much better.”
“? Exceptional Customer Service
We stopped by to purchase water and lottery tickets, and while I typically avoid smoke shops due to my sensitivity to smoke and personal preference as a non-smoker, I was pleasantly surprised by this store. The cleanliness, fresh air, and overall atmosphere were far better than expected. Most notably, the level of customer service provided by the staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Kudos to the team for creating such a pleasant experience in a space I wouldn’t ordinarily consider visiting.”

“Stopped in here for the first time and ended up staying way longer than planned. The selection is bigger than any smoke shop I’ve been to in the area. They’ve got everything from glass and rigs, rolling papers, grinders, torches, and a solid wall of raw products. They also carry a bunch of accessories I didn’t expect to find in one place, like cleaning kits and storage jars. Prices are great. Will be back”
“My husband and I have been going to this smoke shop for a few years now for all our smoking needs and beyond. Nonetheless, every visit still accompanies excitement over some hidden treasure among the inventory that has me bewildered over not noticing it before. Sincerely, their inventory is THAT cool and expansive, to say the least. Don't get me started on the insanely low prices....
You could say I'm 100% in a committed relationship with Noho Smoke, any dollar spent elsewhere feels like cheating.”

“Located just minutes from the 210 freeway in the heart of Pacoima, Vanoaks Smoke Shop is the one-stop spot for all things smoke and vape. If you’re living close-by in the San Fernando Valley, feel free to drive on up, walk on in, or breeze through fresh from the bus (the bus stop is literally a few feet away). There’s enough parking for everyone, and you can’t miss the storefront because it faces the street. However you get here, just be sure to bring your ID and good vibes. There is an entire assortment of tobacco products and all manner of containers, pipes, bubblers and apparatus to make your multi-dimensional odyssey most triumphant. Need a shirt, an extra lighter, some e-liquid or maybe a soda for your mama? It’s all here. For the discerning vape enthusiast in your life, Vanoaks has unflavored liquid with the nicotine already in it and offers a wide variety of tobacco-free liquids putting you in control of the flavor you’ll savor. So come as you are, bring a friend or two, or Uber if you must-There’s something for everyone in this palace of puff and everyone is welcome…grandma too. And if you get the chance, say hi to the lovely Miss Divine- she’ll help you find what you need at a price that will make you sing like the angels themselves (: Truly an angel on earth answering a higher calling through service before self. With all this and more, it’s ok to get excited, but don’t get carried away, because “he who hath his head in the clouds hath not his feet on the ground, and they who art without love in thine heart for their fellow man shalt smoke not but the schwag that smelleth like the poopoocacas”! See you all on the flipside, here’s to better days (:”
“Best smoke store in town. The guy that works their is the most helpful guy ever.
Sorted me out with exactly what I needed . Would recommend to everyone to go here”
“Start here if you’re looking for a hard to find smoke. They had the almost impossible to find Honeyrose cigarettes I needed for a film shoot - and I called more than 15 shops and actually went to 6. The guy behind the counter, I think his name was Jeremey, was helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back.”
