I visited VRA Clothing recently and was very disappointed. The woman with blonde curly hair and glasses was rude, dismissive, and not at all helpful. While I was trying to process a return and look for something else, she and the other two team members stood at the front, more interested in their own conversation than assisting customers. The overall attitude from the staff was unwelcoming and unprofessional, which made the entire experience unpleasant.

I had such a fantastic experience at Viori in Studio City that I had to take a moment to share. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The staff here genuinely go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for.
What stood out most was the exceptional customer service. Mershell was the stylists and clearly passionate about what she does. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure I was completely happy with the end result. No rushing, no pressure—just a truly personalized experience.
It’s rare to find a place that combines such high-quality service with a genuinely kind and attentive team. If you’re looking for a comfort & quality clothes Viori is it. I’ll absolutely be back—and I’ll be recommending it to all my friends.

Walking into the Vuori store in Studio City was like stepping into a sanctuary of comfort, style, and genuinely great energy. From the moment I entered, the team made me feel warmly welcomed — not with a scripted greeting, but with sincere conversation and attentiveness that felt personal and authentic.
The store itself is beautifully designed — clean, modern, and airy — and the layout makes it easy to explore the collection without feeling overwhelmed. Every piece I tried on felt like it was made with intention: flattering cuts, incredibly soft fabrics, and versatile designs that transition seamlessly from a workout to daily life.
But what truly set this experience apart was the staff. They were knowledgeable without being pushy, quick to offer helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident in my choices. They even remembered my name and checked in throughout my visit, making it feel like more than just a shopping trip — it felt like a boutique experience tailored just for me.
I walked out with a few key pieces that I now reach for constantly, and I’m already looking forward to going back. Vuori Studio City didn’t just win me over with their product — they delivered an elevated, human experience that’s rare to find.

The store was well maintained and nice. However, the staff was very rude. I spent over 20 minutes browsing and even went to try on a couple things before anyone came up to me to ask if I needed any help. Which if the store was busy I could totally understand. However, I watched the two girls behind the checkout area chatting, and there was one guy in the back while I was trying on clothes that was fixing clothes that people did not take and to not even say hi? I help myself to the fitting room. I’m normally an aloe girl and will definitely be sticking with them. I went to Vuori because one of my girlfriends told me how great their clothing were and how she really liked it so I wanted to see. Their customer service needs to be much better, will not be returning to this location, although I really did like the clothes

I went to the Century City Westfield sore. Beautiful store . Very nice looking clothes. Tried the sweat shirt for size. Left lint all over my shirt. The clerk offered me a lint remover. I used it for 5 minutes . No apologies or sympathy other than it will be ok. Obviously it will be ok.
Left the store with a shirt that I have to get cleaned elsewhere.
Unfortunately can't recommend the product.

First of all I love their clothes! Second of all, the staff is so so wonderful. Jane & Lexi went above and beyond to help me get the items I were looking for. This store is so wonderful, I want to work here! I highly recommend making a day of it, as this shopping center is so lovely. On top of the amazing customer service, their products are so well-made. I've had items for years and everything is still in excellent condition. My favorite items are the dream-knit items, especially when they have a blue color jogger. The make really lovely shades of blue!

Great brand but the store was super low on all size S and barely carried any styles in size M. The dodos at the cashier seemed too busy LOL among themselves and talking about getting “aroused” by some dude at the door. They made me feel super uncomfortable. Zero customer service here. Might as well save the trip and shop online.

I want to give a shout-out to Melissa for her fantastic customer service today. I couldn't figure something out online for something I wanted to purchase and she was so helpful, and I am one happy customer. Melissa is definitely an asset to your organization!!

Great clothes, wish they made vnecks and had more traditional black and white colors. also a hoodie that zips up and down.
also if they could make better boxer better and socks, I would buy all my stuff here!

I love this place. It's he clothing quality is out of this world. Everything feels like Butter! All the people that work there are so helpful and sweet! It is a 10 out of a 10!

Hannah at this studio city location has a horrible attitude. She wears glasses and resembles a straggler hiker from the mountains. It shocks me to see her have an off-putting attitude while having that appearance.
