I went to the Walgreens studio city great people the pharmacist was excellent Tonya the clerk pharmacist technician I believe the word is called Alex was amazing. Had a chance to talk with Tonya cause I just like to know what I’m taking. She was so kind.

Jennifer with Walgreens pharmacy is an absolute gem. She always goes above and beyond for the many years we’ve gone to the Studio City Walgreens. She makes the experience a wonderful one!

Be warned - they will only run your Rx through insurance if it’s within a one week of pick up. By the time I felt better and had the energy to work out the details with insurance it was too late to recoup the money I overpaid. We are only talking about a couple of weeks - not like this was months ago. The best part was when I tried to participate in the customer service survey on the bottom of the receipt, it expired. They give you 3 days for that. I wondered why the pharmacy is always empty - now I know. What a shame - seriously bad business. Back to CVS I go.

This has been my pharmacy for at least a decade & I don’t know why I bother still going here, other than it’s close.
For 3 YEARS, they haven’t been able to keep my prescriptions on an auto refill. I’ve called, gone online, spoken with them in person, everything I was told to do and they STILL don’t keep it on autofill.
They try to blame their system, but it’s the same story. Every few months, one of my prescriptions aren’t ready. Then I’ll have to wait or come back another day.
I’m at my wits end with this place. I don’t understand the incompetency that’s allowed to continue.
I never had this problem at CVS. I always thought Walgreens was a better store, but clearly, I’m wrong.

Just wanted to say how horrible this store is. I worked here as a beauty consultant. The amount of theft and crime that takes place here is insane. It made my job miserable. It’s not the store’s fault, but it goes to show how Walgreens doesn’t value the safety of their customers or employees. I’m grateful Walgreens is a dying company, over 1,000 stores closing down in the US in the next year or so and may this store be one of the ones to close down too. RiteAid already shut down across the road from the crime and theft. How can Walgreens and Rite aid make money if everybody is stealing everything off the shelves with no care in the world? Very tragic. 0/10 do not recommend. I’m glad I left this sinking ship of a company and even worse store to work at. Happy Holidays!

I've been going to this Walgreens for years. It's very convenient and very well stocked. I go there so often I actually know everyone's name. A special thanks to Jason for his assistance and kind heart.

Filled my prescription quickly and accurately. I showed up about 30 minutes after it was called in, and the prescription wasn't ready yet. But they put a rush on it, and had it ready for me with a less than 5-minute wait, and this was first thing in the morning on the day after a holiday. Impressive service.

I had a negative experience with a girl whose name, I believe, is Alayna. She was not helpful at all and was quite rude. I can't say if she is generally an impudent person or if she was just being racist towards me. She looked down on me a lot. I had to sign on the tablet, which she didn't inform me about and just continued to look down on me. I don't read minds, so I didn't know I had to sign somewhere. There were no instructions. At the end, when I asked where I could find a certain column on the receipt, she literally yelled 'in the receipt' and ran away. Not to mention that after she called me to the cashier machine, I still had to wait a few minutes for her to finish her conversation with her coworker about some nonsense. They were talking so loudly and laughing while I was standing between them.

Tried calling Pharmacy department multiple times and they keep putting me on hold without saying anything! Then I'm on hold for 10+ minutes...no one ever picks up the call after they put it on hold. Their strategy is just wait until customers hang up after being on hold for as long as the customer can take listening to their hold music.

This is an excellent location for PHOTO!!!!
We had a rush photo order and found this Walgreens open while everyone else was closed or closing. Michelle greeted us as we came in frantic for photos, and she was very calm as we were not. We were polite, of course, and decided to use the kiosk, but the online app had a discount, so we opted for that.
We sat at the photo area and printed one. Michelle printed quickly and showed us. We paid, made adjustments on the app, submitted again, and Michelle was very quick on helping print again and show us. We did this a few times until we were happy and printed 15 8x10 photos.
Now we tell Michelle we have another 8x10 we need to adjust and print as well. She again, with smiles said ok.... she told us not to worry, take our time.
We stay at photo section adjusting, tweaking the photo, on our app, and then finally send.now, at this time, we are stressing and tell Michelle we have to get to Staples before they close. She smiles and says. " You can go to Staples, and they come back!" ........WOW....... what great customer service. We were stressed, and she calmly had a solution. Said that Staples closes soon, but Walgreens photo is open an hour after Staples closes. We smiled and were relieved and ran to Staples before they closed.
When we came back, pur prints were done, and we gave Michelle the bad news...... that we had another print we needed done!!!!! She smiled and said, "ok, take your time. We did and edited, cropped, designed, etc, on our app, submitted and told Michelle, and she quickly went to the computer, found our file, and printed it immediately. She came over and said, it says 10 minutes as she went away to do other work.
I know this is a LOT for a simple review on a Wlagreens trip, but WOW.... the customer service we received here was amazing and top-notch.
Thank you Michelle, you are a life saver and saved us from stressing too much!!!
