Nicely stocked store BUT there are some dangerous looking homeless in the parking lot so be careful. They should have a security guard

One of the worst pharmacies around. I’ve been coming here for many many years, and the pharmacy technicians are extremely rude and dishonest.

Wow. It's been along time since I felt compelled to Yelp a positive review lol! Aiyana & the night crew really helped me out in a printing emergency! I'm so so grateful for these people. Seriously, can't thank enough.

I hate people like you all. I am so sick and tired of pharmacists treating me like garbage because I have a disability (ADHD) and need to take medication for that. I do not need to hear another stupid diatribe about how I should switch medications; I have tried like seven different kinds already, go screw yourself. I am transferring my other prescription from you and reporting you to the board of pharmacy along with the other stupid Walgreens I have been using

Closing early while I’m trying to rely on my neighborhood Walgreens for Benadryl because my throat is closing, awesome. Then the girl unlocking the door is mad at me because she has to let me in when they’re SUPPOSED to be open.

Very nice pharmacy staff who went out of their way to get me a discount on something my insurance wouldn’t cover! Also got several vaccines here and it was a very chill experience :)

Pharmacy is atrocious. Paid for my scripts online and I had to pay for them AGAIN and they weren’t ready. 45 mins wasted when it should’ve been a two min pickup.

The working hours are incorrect. I was here at 7:30pm on Friday and the store was closed

This Walgreens has gone downhill fast. I'm going to transfer all my prescriptions to the CVS across the street. The hiring and staffing here seems to be terrible. The pharmacists are inconsistent and understaffed and the front desk people seem young and totally inexperienced in customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Their bathrooms are "currently not open" and directed me to the Starbucks across the street. There was no indication that their bathrooms were out of order or being repaired. They clearly don't want to deal with the homeless coming in and using, but I don't think it's right for the customers who need to use it.

Mark, a pharmacy tech is one of the worst people to deal with, avoid him like the plague. I had questions for him in the pharmacy and he kept talking over me and try to hang up the phone and when he got frustrated he just put me on hold for 10 minutes and then picked up the phone again and tried to apologize and try to be nice again but I told him that was unprofessional. So I will be transferring all my medications away from Walgreens. Thanks to Mark and thanks to all the pharmacist who could use a lesson in being more humanitarian and courteous

I spoke with Jorge from the photo department, he was incredibly helpful and considerate. Great customer service!

I basically got there like 3 minutes after I guess they're closing time for pharmacy and I voiced in a lot of pain because I just got my implant and it feels like my boys cracking and yet they wouldn't give me my medicine and then when I got home after I left they call me back and tell me I could come get it my message if I want to f*** you you are the f***** idiots

My friend just told me about her problems with the pharmacy and I had the same issues with the same employee, a ornery short man with who wears a ton of sterling silver jewelry from Hot Topic, avoid him at costs. I went to pick up a prescription I needed immediately and I was told I needed proof of address to pick up the medication. I am at an Airbnb and have no proof of a lease/mortgage. I was also told GoodRX cards were not accepted by the same man. Also, a lie. When I asked what proof they needed, he said "anything, a bill, whatever". If they did require proof of address they would have list of acceptable forms of proof. Clearly this was made it up on the spot by a disgruntled employee. Requiring proof of address is neither a law not Walgreens policy. The requirement is an ID, which I gave them. This employee is actively turning customers away from Walgreens and outright giving misinformation. Not sure what his gripe is with his employer, but lying is unacceptable when it comes to urgent medical care.

Just go to CVS across the street. They have stricter hiring standards and their pharmacists know what they are doing. Be careful of the short guy at the pharmacy with covered in gaudy silver 90's jewelry. He is very combative, inexperienced despite saying he has "done this for years" (not the flex he think it is) and lazy. He lied about Goodrx discounts working to avoid the hassle of inputting the information. They changed my prescription without my doctor or my consent to a half size tube, from a 6 month prescription to a 3 month prescription to "cost less" but in reality it was more expensive bc they wouldn't take my Goodrx or take the 30 seconds to even try. They also told me I could not change my prescription to another pharmacy (which I did online from the car). So much for being so experienced. Lol. Shocking they would ever think they know better than my doctor, insurance company and me. For men who are self-proclaimed "so experienced" they don't seem to know the basics of their very simple job. So odd to just lie and think no one would find out. Suggestion: Less thinking you are an expert in anything and more following orders from those who are.
