The worst bank i ever had. First they say if i use my debit card a minimum of 10x a month i wont get charged. However i was charged and it’s always their excuses. They should notify if something changes. Not only that but they never helped me on my disputes with fraudulent charges

The new upgrades on the place are horrible. There are now 70-90% fewer tellers and longer line times , and the customers can talk to the tellers about everything instead of talking to a rep that they have on site regarding their issues. Wells should have kept it the same and added more tellers or got the managers to step up and help the customers.

Always short of tellers, why have 10 counters if only one or 1 or 2 are ever open? ?Saturday morning are the worst, now they’ve closed the one on Coldwater on Saturdays, making this branch even more busier on a Saturday.

Unfortunately, this bank offers almost nothing in the way of service, and tellers and bankers at this location are woefully lacking the knowledge and abilities to do their jobs, including answering basic client questions and handling 101 level concerns. Avoid this location.

Always a pleasant experience visiting my local WF branch in Studio City. Staff is kind and prompt. I always leave with a smile.

Terrible service. Customers do sometimes have questions specific to the branch that cannot be handled online or by a toll free number, but this branch does not answer the phone.

Very good service. Tellers will do extra to help you. Lines can sometimes get long, depending on time of day. Ample parking.

No real point in standing in line they just let every person jump in front of you at their leisure. It happened twice in one visit. And yes, I do think it was racially motivated. You can check my other reviews. I may complain a lot but I don't say that often. The staff is just rude. Unless you're making quick transactions just go to another branch. This one doesn't really deserve your business.

Not Covid safe. Employees not wearing masks or wearing them wrong so they don't do anything. Customers without masks and no one says anything. Shameful.

Google said it was open until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday which was incorrect. We came to this location at 1:42 p.m. and it was closed

Unbelievable!!!!!!!!! Came here to add a checking account and they told me to wait for a representative, 1 hour later they said I need to make an appointment! Ok So I make an appointment for 2:30pm this Friday and when I show up they tell me that they don't have it on the schedule! I show them the email confirmation and then they get me the manager which says I will have someone help you ASAP 20 minutes later I ask him what's going on and he says that he doesn't have an agent for me and that I have to wait 20 more min for someone Well it has been over an hour now and I am still waiting I feel like I'm in a 3rd world country

Sadly Wells Fargo is a FEES based only Company. And the prompt that comes up with "we are trying our best" goes right out of the window. You have charged my account twice in one day of fees and allowed payments to go through without money in my account. When the direct deposit hit the next day.. ruthless. Oh and your bankers on the phone do not care at all. "Well that's just how it's done" is the most sad answer in customer service. All you do is rob people of their hard earned money. Taking my chances with Chase. Wells Fargo needs to go out of business already.
