I ordered a mocha expecting it to be hot and got an iced mocha. Maybe I should have clarified but I had never ordered a mocha from here and really wish they would have asked hot or cold. I really felt like they didn't ask because it's was faster to do an iced mocha. I also ordered a coffee cake muffin and it was a little stale. There was very little seating and big open space where they could have had seating. It was not welcoming whatsoever

So I work in the same complex so I visit at least 3-5 times a month and over the last year or so the service has just went down hill I don't know if they got new management or what. But the ladies who do not ever wear their name tag so you can't call them out by name for the poor quality of customer service. But STEVEN (sorry I hope I spelled it correctly) is awesome I mean awesome at least Everytime I go in and yes there he greets the customers hes on top of making sure you have what you need and gets out as fast as possible! Shout out to Steven keep up the awesome work!!!

Nice friendly service. Fresh doughnut holes. They were on point! Just count your change before you leave. I was shorted a dollar.

Ordered on the mobile app...2 coffees and a coffee cake muffin. My account was charged 17.09 twice and they didn't have the muffins. When I asked about the issues at the drive thru they said they couldn't do anything and I could just come back tomorrow for the same order. I explained that I was passing through and couldn't come back. They employee said she couldn't do anything. Don't waste your money at this place

They are very slow, the fritter was salty but the iced beverage was fine. I ordered something incredibly simple through the drive through. I wasn't told my total (it may have been displayed on the screen) and I sat at the window for several minutes while they rang up several other orders.

Horrible service. You’re lucky if they even input your order in correctly. Even luckier if they actually manage to give you the correct order at the end of the transaction! Refused to provide a refund for something they charged me for then realized they didn’t even have. Offered me something that was only $1 for said $4 item. The list goes on. Don’t go here. Not even worth your time.

I don’t know if they just hire and don’t train but my drinks are either wrong or they act like they don’t know what drink I’m talking about when what I’m asking for is ON THE DUNKIN APP… ordered a bagel with cream cheese and somehow they had avocado mixed in with the cream cheese…make sure if you don’t eat pork, that you check your order because they’ve given me pork sausage before.

Consistently slow service. Today only one employee working at noon. 30 plus min waiting on a coffee and donut being the only person in the store plus a couple cars in drive thru. All of my visits would receive two or less stars

It would be nice to be able to understand the person at the drive through. Papa John's, 711, every smoke shop any where, and now dunkin? Hindians are taking over and their customer service is trash.

My Girlfriend had went into Dunkin at around 630am-7amish, She ordered a regular coffee (no cream/no sugar) and a refresher. She found a worm in her drink. She did bring it back to show them and they offered a refund, she kindly declined. They were nice about it and the other drink was worm free so that's why 3 stars. Just a heads up to anyone getting coffee there.
