I came here after another place messed up my nails and didn't give me anything close to the inspiration I had. Went here after that and got them fixed, super cute nails, will definitely visit again

I love coming to Nancy's Nails! My daughter and I come every two weeks and am always looking forward to it. We get matching stiletto nails, and Nancy does amazing work. Our nails come out flawless, beautiful, and exactly as we ask for, including nail art and colors. Nancy is so pleasant to talk to and always makes me smile and laugh. A great nail shop, full of character. Love it here so much and highly recommend it. 10 STARS!!

Very poor customer service. My mom who is 91 years old requested to have a pedicure. We went to this Nancy's hair and nail salon. Since we just did a walk in , we have to ask the lady if they have time ., she said "yeah come in we can do it now, mom was very happy they soak her foot. While soaking after few minutes the lady came and said my mom have to get up now to wait at least 45 to an hour. I asked what happened? she said because my customer who have an appointment is already here. Very rude and impolite people. In the first place before we went inside we ask politely if they have time. They should have explain that they are waiting for their customer and if we can take our chance but nothing at all. They gave false assurance., mom was asking why what happened they let me go? I have to explain to her and my mom told them. We are human and we know how to forgive people. She said this because she knows Im upset. The lady did not even apologized its the other lady who apologized to ask. What an ill- mannered person. I should say ZERO STAR!!! Customer service. I
