Great service had my car back in less than 24hrs after dropping it off. And got a call after dropping it off than less than an hr telling what was going and how much its gonna cost. Wonderful staff and I highly recommend this shop and the prices were reasonable!!!!

Came back home to visit and my father-in-law recommended this place when we found we had a brake line leak. Took it in early in the morning and they were able to fix it before the end of the day. Thank you, Tim, I appreciate you squeezing us in. They did an awesome job and went out of their way to explain what they did. They were even able to point out a few things that they saw while they were down there. Great shop, great group of guys, and honest repair shop. Thank you!!

I went into get a smog check done on my car. They said that because of illegal parts it won't pass. I ask which ones are, they said "air intake, throttle body, and headers" explained they don't have carb numbers on them so they are illegal". I explained I found the carb numbers for 2 parts but couldn't find one for intake from the site I bought them from. I said I would get the intake replaced, and come back. He said I needed to talk to a smog referee about the parts, because since they don't have the numbers on the parts, that he sees that as illegal and won't take them without referee approval so I went home. I talked to the parts manufacturer, and they explained the numbers do not have to be on the part, that if you have numbers you can give it to the shop and they can look it up or you can have stickers put somewhere in the engine compartment and let them know where they are. And went on to explain that a lot of companies do not put welded carb numbers on the part because when the license is renewed they can be issued a new carb id, and if the part has the old ID it can cause a shop to see it as illegal unless they go digging for old ID numbers of the part. So I'm getting my intake replaced since I can't find carb id for it. And I have got stickers from the part manufacturer to apply to the car for headers and throttle body. And I'm going to go different shop to avoid any issues again with them. They didn't charge me since they didn't actually run the test, and they gave me the info for the referee to have the parts looked at, so I Give them that. But the fact they I couldn't comeback without checking with a referee on the headers and throttle body was odd, since I found the Carb numbers on a website and could give it to them to look up themselves. So It's hard to tell if they were being cautious or just being rude and not willing to look up the IDs for those parts. 3 out of 5

The owner is a scumbag and a criminal, he posted a video of himself spraying down homeless people with a pressurized water canon and then bragged about it on Facebook!! F*** this guy and f*** this place.

My car broke down on a Sunday, 4 hours away from home. Car was repaired on a Monday! The shop was excellent in their communications, repairs, cost and professionalism. They were recommended by AAA tow driver, and I highly recommend the Pit Stop crew. Many thanks.

Got a flat tire but wasn't able to change it b/c the dealership didn't give me the locking nut. Called AAA and they brought me to Pit Stop and they were able to help me without a problem. Excellent customer service! Definitely recommend.

Man oh man what a day. Was the bf's moms bday and were driving up to sac for the day when all of a sudden we got a flat! Bf went to change the tire but low and behold theres a lug nut lock and of course we dont have the key! So we call AAA and they end up towing us to Pit Stop Autorepair. Tim fixed us up and we were on the road again in no time. He was very helpful and was definitely looking out for our safety. We will definitely be coming back for all our car troubles!
