I was able to use the computer, print some documents and mail out - one stop shop. I was offered several options for mailing (cost effective). Customer service was excellent.

Rude service, employee at store has using outdated strict covid restrictions requiring a mask. like I was still living in 2019. Also they are are charging 25 bucks for a book of stamps never been in any store in my life that stamps where not sold at face value. Went to Raleys next door and got them for $12.50... This place is scaming people and dont treat their customers right.

Not very helpful. Worker was very short and just wanted me to set my box out in his store with no receipt and wouldn't even take it behind the counter

Went to drop off a prepaid fed ex and the guy yelled from behind the counter to get out of the store unless I wear a mask. Hello it's 2023. Masks have not been mandatory for awhile now. It was unbelievable, he should be worried more about his paranoia and how that is affecting his health. Needless to say I left and will not be going back.

I went to postal express to take a passport photo everything was fine when I took the photo that was taken to the post office with my passport application they informed me that the photo wasn't the right dimensions so I had to retake the photo at the post office so I went back to postal express to get refunded for the photo that they took incorrectly and he refused to refund me

This guy really helped me out in a time of need. I went down there to fax a job application that had a deadline, and forgot my money. He let me pay him after I went back home and got the money. If he would not have done that for me I would have looked bad at this job before I even had a chance to get it.

I needed a Notary and a location to fax something, Postal Express as usual! It's the only place I go! Good atmosphere and quick service! Paid cash and got a receipt, no issues.

Beware. I tried to drop off a package with a pre-paid UPS label. They told me to just leave it in the corner. I said no, I will wait for my receipt. They would not give me one. They said just take a picture of the label. I said "how do I prove you took receipt of it". Their reply, "YOU DON'T". This must be illegal to run a business like that. I'm supposed to trust them? They have liberal propaganda all over their walls, and sell shirts and other items with controversial political statements. That does not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. No receipt? You will never get my business.
