This store has very rude people working at this store. Especially the Pharmacy staff. Natalie and staff are very rude. Don't have too many times this store has attitude. I had many times asked to refill and the doctor said that my order was refilled and it takes 3 days for them to refill. They love to tell people that they are short on staff and they take an hour for lunch. I went there several times and saw them sitting on their ass doing nothing but sleeping. This pharmacy needs to close its doors because they don't give a fuck about peoples needs. Yes I used the word "Fuck" They love to start shit with us older people. I have boycott this store. I really want to buy some heavy thick chain so it will cost them money to remove. They don't believe in good customer service. Most people don't say anything about them because they rely upon their medication. These store needs to shut down. The Manager is a fucking hippie with long Black hair. Love to push her weight around. I am sorry but this store really sucks and I don't like them. I am 59 years old and they have the worst customer service!!!

If you're tired of great customer service and need your frustration cup filled to the top, I've got a recommendation for you. Stopped off at the Pharmacy here on 10/30/2022 at 4pm specifically because it was listed as a store that offers the nasal flu vaccine and filled out all the info for my kids beforehand online. Not sure what was going on with the woman behind the counter, but from the moment I mentioned we were there to get the flu vaccine for the kids, every interaction was short and and filled with irritation. For some reason, I was also asked to provide much of the info I filled out online. Ended up asking her to rip up my records and we left in order to end the pain being inflicted by the conversation.

I had my passport photo taken there. It was returned by passport services stating it was unacceptable. I called to see if they could do it again correctly. I came in they said the reason it wasn't accepted or must be because of the tank top I was wearing. I told them there's nothing on the passport website that says anything against that and I was there in a halter tank top. I said then can I just have a refund as you don't think it will work work my clothing. I didn't have a receipt, but I had the credit card I had purchased it on. They said they couldn't do it if I didn't have my receipt. I had the picture taken about 3 weeks ago. Looking at the measurements I think they didn't do it with either measurement from top of head to bottom of the chin.

The worst pharmacy experience I have ever had and it's happened multiple times with this store. Our dog is seeing an veterinary optometrist for eye pressure and we have to give 4 kinds of eye drops to keep that pressure sown, multiple times a day. It has been a struggle and if we miss a drop schedule, within hours her pressure is up and she is blind and scared. We had the doctor call her prescriptions into the Suisun City Rite Aid as it is close to our home. I wish I knew the pharmacists names. One woman pharmacist that seems to be there most of the time is incredibly rude, unprofessional and doesn't know the regulations for pet medication are different than for people. First we tried to pick up refills of the eye drops as we were down to the last of them. She would not refill them because it hadn't been 30 days. I called the doctor and they were in disbelief as well. They took the time to call and explain how it works with pet medication and that we can pick up refills whenever we need them. Then a very nice (Australian?) Pharmacist called and apologized and said the doctors explained and he would put a special note on the file to remind others that is is for a dog. When I picked them up, it was this crabby woman pharmacists again. I confirmed with her that we could get more refills anytime and she said yes. Just called back today and this same woman argued over the phone with me that it is too early. She said I should have the doctor change what the prescription says. Veternarians are all short handed these days and it's difficult to spend 30-45 minutes waiting for these people to pick up the phone for them (the office told this is how long they wait on hold). I told her I already had them call and explain. She continued to argue about how many drops I was giving our dog. I had to explain her condition and that the doctor told us to give more drops if we needed to and she's a fidgety dog so not all drops make it to the eyes. She continued to argue (and not in a professional, concerned, helpful way). I was getting pretty fed up with her attitude after being stressed out because our dog already had an eye removed for this same issue and we are struggling not to lose the other one. And yet everytime we try to renew the drops this woman gives us attitude. I don't normally write scathing reviews like this. But I have to say this woman should not be working with the public. And from the looks of things, not with other employees either. There wasn't a good energy between her and the others working in the pharmacy.

The pharmacy has plummeted over recent years. There is not enough people working in the pharmacy, they disconnect the phones, I have been trying to reach them about a prescription for over an hour. STEP IT UP RITE AID PHARMACY!

Horrible customer service. I wanted information on obtaining COVID tests that under Federal Law should be covered by my insurance, which I pay a large mount for each month. They were dismissive and unhelpful. It is one thing to not have the test but still try to be helpful by providing information and another to not even give a shit. I went to Walmart instead and they were able to help me no problem. In the past I have also gone to Costco and they are also helpful.

This is a review specifically for their pharmacy. The people there are so quick, nice and respectful. I had my urgent care doctor order a very rare form of muscle relaxer that my insurance didn't cover. The pharmacy was sure to help me out. At first they offered me a discount, but it was still going to be $88. I had to call the urgent care place and the pharmacy had the right medication ready for me within the hour. Nice to see they are so on the ball!

Jasper, that works at the Suisun store, is the type of customer service employee that is so lacking in today's company's. Helpful, and insightful. He offered to find what I was looking for and also located me a bit later while I as still in the store to let me know he had some leftover bubble wrap that was going to be tossed out that he thought I could use. Afterwards while I was at the checkout getting my other items he brought a huge box of bubble stuffing and took it to my car for me. No cost to me. I have not experienced that type of considerate customer service in years!

Ever since I moved to Suisun over a year ago, I usually wear my backpack on when I go to the store just to buy snacks and drinks before I go to school or work. One of the retail associate behind the counter recently yelled at me to leave my backpack by the door. For the first time I've been told to leave my backpack by the entrance and I felt pretty offended and discriminated. I don't think I want to come back at this Rite-Aid location again. When did Rite-Aid start doing a bag check?

Every one is nice I have friends who work there and they have bent backwards for me and I know everyone at the store they are very nice and helpful

This place is fairly clean and organized. The front is alright but fast, usually the staff is nice. PHARMACY is better, they have improved! They greet customers when they arrive and smile. They actually seem happier. The pharmacy area also got a makeover and improved their looks too. It's nice to come in now. I don't mind waiting for them after they greet me, it's just nice to know they acknowledge I'm there. (I actually took my business else where for awhile and came back) it's nice to see they are trying to improve.

This place has not gotten any better in the year I took a break from them. Their pharmacy is ridiculous. They have zero customer service skills. Everyone in the pharmacy needs to be retrained. I will be taking my business elsewhere and anyone that will listen.
