Smile acknowledge your customers. Make your customer want to come back.. is sad that our world is so corrupt with people that only care about themselves

My first visit was quite a disaster due to an unfriendly pharmacist who seemed uncooperative. Even with assistance from the cashier, the pharmacist was unwilling to help. Thankfully, the situation was resolved by the manager the next day, and I left with a much better experience.

The Manager, she was kind of the phone and in person. She treated her customers and her employees with respect. When I called the store she found what I asked in least than a minute and put it on hold because it was the last one. The store was so organized. I could see why she would find items so quickly. Her kindness was what you expected. It was not overboard. You could tell she had work to do. Bring impressed I shopped for more items of the brand I requested and others I was searching for. The Cashier displayed the same demeanor. I plan to visit again, God be willing!

Terrible pharmacy. Rude pharmacist. I’m a provider and was trying to call in a prescription for a patient and they refused and were so rude. I’ve never dealt with staff like them.

Got out of the ER and was prescribed a couple things. The following morning I call and was told that one of the medications isn't covered by our insurance and one isn't in stock. The lady over the phone wasn't of much help, all she did was send a message over saying we need to change our prescription. We call again later afternoon and she stills sounds like she's dreading this call and not offering any help or advice. I ended up calling the hospital and was told that they could have ordered what was missing as it only takes a day or two for the prescription to arrive. And the other medication was an over the counter drug which is why I isn't covered by the insurance. Wasted a whole day should have just stayed at the cvs nearby.

This store has very rude people working at this store. Especially the Pharmacy staff. Natalie and staff are very rude. Don't have too many times this store has attitude. I had many times asked to refill and the doctor said that my order was refilled and it takes 3 days for them to refill. They love to tell people that they are short on staff and they take an hour for lunch. I went there several times and saw them sitting on their a** doing nothing but sleeping. This pharmacy needs to close its doors because they don't give a f*** about peoples needs. Yes I used the word "***** They love to start s*** with us older people. I have boycott this store. I really want to buy some heavy thick chain so it will cost them money to remove. They don't believe in good customer service. Most people don't say anything about them because they rely upon their medication. These store needs to shut down. The Manager is a f****** hippie with long Black hair. Love to push her weight around. I am sorry but this store really sucks and I don't like them. I am 59 years old and they have the worst customer service!!!

The pharmacist took it apon herself to change my pickup date and script amount because they didn't have my whole prescription in stock which is fine but what rite aids and other pharmacies have done and are supposed to do is texts me with the remainder of my script instead of saying I have to go 20 days (20 of 30) day supply then I can pick up the rest of my script. It's an inconvenience. I had all of my meds lined up so I can pick them up on the same day/s now if I call they say I'm calling in too early for a medication that is already owed to me. It's mind-blowing and although sorry I am still upset.

Dumbest pharmacy ive ever been to. Workers are incomprtent and have zero answers to their own problems. Messed up & held my prescription for weeks and have horrible customer service

I was greeted by the associate from behind the desk the moment I stepped into our Rote Aid store in Suisun, CA, asked a question and received an immediate referral to another associate who took me straight to the hard-to-get lint brush. Rote Aid wad the third store I visited in search of lint brushes without sticker tape. Thank you!

Most frustrating pharmacy ever. Only a couple members of the staff are personable. They don’t communicate well with customers. I used to go to Raley’s pharmacy… awesome ?? Never had an issue. Rite aid- complete opposite. My doctor always sends my prescription refills in a timely manner, but somehow rite aid never receives it. Have to call my doctor’s office back, only to be told that it was sent in a week ago. If my prescriptions were a matter of life or death… I’d be dead.

Do not use this pharmacy if you take a daily medication. I tried to give them a second chance after I missed multiple weeks of my medication the first time around. My prescription request went in on October 21st. Luckily at that time I still had a week's worth of meds left. I received a text the following Monday that they were out of stock and I would receive a text when my medication was in stock and my prescription was filled. I attempted to call multiple times last week and could never get through. I finally get through this morning and the woman who answers said they don't have a prescription for me. I explained it was previously out of stock and the name and dosage of my prescription. She places me on hold, comes back and says they will have it ready today. No apologies, no explanation on what happened. I pay ahead of time and go in. Keisha was working the counter. I give her the information and after a bit she finds my prescription and rings it in. I had paid previously and was confused why the screen said I owed money. She flatly stated that I needed a consult with the pharmacist. I was still confused because I have never had to do that after an initial prescription before. She explained it was necessary. I asked how long the pharmacist would be and she said she was with someone else and would see me when she was done. I was on my break from work and was concerned I wouldn't make it back in time. She replied with "Sorry you don't have the patience. Come back if you're in a hurry". At that point I stopped trying to be remotely nice. Again, I never received an apology for the delays for my prescription, didn't receive helpful communication while picking up the prescription and nobody in the pharmacy has any sort of proper customer service training. Not one person smiled the entire time I was there. Pharmacist didn't even look up when she came over. Going back to CVS. Shouldn't have given them the second chance just for them to be even worse.

If you're tired of great customer service and need your frustration cup filled to the top, I've got a recommendation for you. Stopped off at the Pharmacy here on 10/30/2022 at 4pm specifically because it was listed as a store that offers the nasal flu vaccine and filled out all the info for my kids beforehand online. Not sure what was going on with the woman behind the counter, but from the moment I mentioned we were there to get the flu vaccine for the kids, every interaction was short and and filled with irritation. For some reason, I was also asked to provide much of the info I filled out online. Ended up asking her to rip up my records and we left in order to end the pain being inflicted by the conversation.
