“One of the lowest priced storages around with the largest amount of square footage offered. Staff is cordial & fair, & it’s tucked right out near the marshy marina, peaceful & out of the way. The place just got new management & an electronic gate was put in that gives extra security to renters there as it requires a pin code punch in now. You can make your monthly payments through the electronic payment machine right outside the entrance gate & prices are under $100 for a 12x8 space for example. It’s not your typical metal prefab storage facility. On one side of the property there’s a place for cars, trucks, boats, trailers, etc. to park and I believe that only runs in between $50-$99. In the other sidebar there the storage unit with walls & door. Many of the storage units are made of brown painted wood that looks somewhat warped with much of the paint chipping. They are about the size of a 1 car garage. Besides that there’s are connex boxes for rent that range from 12x8, 12x15 & larger. Then whole lot is of gravel ground, not cemented. They have a port-o-potty. Hours are 6am to 6pm. It’s a good little place if you want to rent a storage unit cheap if you need to park a work truck or vehicle.”
