They have done my patches and fix one of my soft shell jackets , I must say they have gone above and beyond on making sure I had it back before the holidays. Very appreciative.

Bad customer service, insanely overpriced and little to no variety.

I always enjoy ordering from Suisun Uniforms. Julie and Tina really know their craft when it comes to uniforms! Whatever I needed they either have them there or if they don't have the items in stock they can get them for me in a short time. Their customer service skills are second to none. They are so friendly and they make you feel at home while you are there. Their prices are very competitive and they won't try to sell you anything you don't want. I really like this uniform store and I appreciate Julie and Tina for their knowledge and professionalism! I will recommend this store to my friends and co-workers.

This has always been an excellent location for supplies, and the store is usually not packed. The only thing stopping this store from reaching 5-stars is the variety. If you work as security or in police services in Solano County, they have what you need, but other items such as hats, holsters, or concealed carry items are hard to find.

Years ago, 20 or more, I had a bad experience with Suisun Uniforms. They were bad mouthing my department so I never went back. I recently tried them again thinking it may be different. They refused service to me because my department wasn't affiliated with them. Maybe I'll go back in 20 years and try again.

This Uniform store is terrible I came in to buy a new thigh holster and they said they have none how can you be a uniform store and have nothing that officers use everyday?, the shelves are empty unless you need a beanie or keepers good luck getting anything at this store.

Horrible customer service. High prices. Limited selection. The Hispanic female cashier is inexperienced with products & apparel. You can't try on uniforms unless you buy it. I rather make the drive to Concord or Sacramento for better customer service. It will be worth the trip.

I highly recommend Suisun Uniforms. They have great customer service and know the uniform specs for most if not all Solano county fire/police agencies. They didn't have the size I needed but got my size from the Concord shop. The alterations for my uniform were included in the price. I will be back for all my uniform needs.

I would suggest to everyone NOT to patronize this shop. This place is very over priced! The customer service is not good. I have gone a couple of times for some items I needed and realized it was very expensive when I was rung up for the item and then I was told about all the extra charges for the item I purchased. I will be traveling to Sacramento area for my future uniform needs.

Won't help or entertain you unless you work for the local PD. Limited selection on boots and uniform as well as accessories. Price wise is a little steep but it is expected.

Suisun Uniforms is the only location in the Fairfield area since Quinn's closed. As a LE aupport business, I would have expected them to be more accommodating. They won't sew or embroider anything that is not purchased there, which is troublesome because their selection is limited and whatever you need is ALWAYS at "at our Concord store". That's petty, and I will discourage my agency from shopping there.

I'd give one star but I will say on a positive note, they have a lot of stuff. The negative, they won't touch any uniform item unless you bought it there. So if your in a jam and they didn't have your size and you had to order elsewhere, or in my case they don't carry the shirts I wear when training and teaching, they won't embroider, or sew on anything. I get they want to make money selling overpriced uniforms, but come on, if you don't carry a particular item that a certain agency uses, I don't see why you can't stitch on items brought in anyway. It's just good customer service to do so. Julie was way cooler when she was at concord uniform, not so picky then. I'd go elsewhere.
