If you bring any issues about your car being damaged in this car wash to their attention, they will send you in circles with no solution. On more than one occasion I was told to bring my car back to let a manager see the exact same thing they had me send pictures of. Every single time they would schedule a date and time to meet with management, they would never show up and would act like they had no idea what you were talking about . They claim the management is always too busy to handle any of these issues . The “ management” as well as the customer service is extremely unprofessional and rude. They will waste your time and then make up lies about your car having a history of “ defective paint”. They could’ve just said from the beginning that they had no intentions of correcting the damage caused by their car wash. This business has been posted in local Facebook groups with several other people complaining about the same issues, windshield wipers being ripped off and paint being blasted off of their vehicle after going through the car wash. They take absolutely no responsibility for anything. Extremely rude people working here. They do not appreciate or care about maintaining relationships with long time paying customers. I do not recommend this car wash to any other location due to my vehicle being damaged and poor customer service. Just wait for their lying response claiming they are perfect and never have any issues with their car wash.

I purchased a car wash from this place and was given a receipt for 50% off the next four car washes. The receipt was good for 30 days. I go to redeem my 1st of 4 washes and the attendant takes my receipt lays it on the counter next to his register. He gives me a receipt for my purchase and refused to give me back my original receipt that contained the coupon. He then picks up another receipt on the other side of his register this receipt was balled up and he shows me this wrinkled up receipt and tells me this is my receipt. Lie. I tell him that's not my receipt my receipt is on the counter He says how do you know, I then tell him the date I purchased the receipt and when it expired. Dates that didn't match his wrinkled receipt. He tells me it doesn't matter I only get 1 discount regardless of what my receipt said. Do not go to this fraudulent place. Bad business. Bad customer service.
*You never asked me for proof of purchase. You took my proof! But that's ok God sees all and he will deal with you accordingly.

Great neighborhood self-service carwash. Only thing I don't like is that the vacuums stop working periodically while you're vacuuming your car. They eventually start back up but it's a little annoying. All in all it's a good carwash spot and I will continue to be a loyal customer

This place is horrible. Tore off wipers several times. This place will wreck and damage your car. Staff could care less. Absolutely terrible customer service. After repeatedly trying to contact “manager” they replaced one broken wiper. I would never go there. Please choose many of the other scrupulous car washes in the area.
Update:
After I wrote this review and complaints to managment about wrecking my wipers I was banned from using car wash. Super skectchy and poor service. They claimed my vehicle damaged there brushes. This place is the worst. Not trustworthy and shady operation. With so many other car washes to use i would choose som place else.

Some calibrations to machines need to be done with the drying of the car. Some of the air, vacuums need to be checked and maintained a little better. However, overall, it’s a pretty good experience. You can pay per visit or monthly membership. Monthly membership is convenient.

My only issue with this car wash is that they don’t have strong scrubbers that go over the hood/windshield. I love the value, the friendly staff, and the vacuum/dry off stations. There’s never a long wait.
