“I had a great experience at Redhawk Auto Service in Canyon Lake. The staff were very friendly and professional. It was very easy to book my appointment on line using their website. My repair was very easy and took less than 20 minutes. Martha, the store manager didn’t charge me because the repair was so easy. To say I was shocked in a good way is an understatement. Sal and Chris helped me and they were very kind and helpful. My car is getting older and I know I will need a repair place that I can trust and feel comfortable bringing my car in for service. This is the place I have been looking for. I highly recommend them and I could not be happier with the service they provided. Thanks to the whole team.”

“Very helpful guys, was a breeze to set up the appointment. A bit expensive but it comes with the quality of work, they were very helpful and gave me suggestions on what to do and how soon it needed to be fixed. Only downside I would have would be that they took a pretty long time with my car but still great service nonetheless.”

“My truck had a breakdown on the way out after my oil change i let jiffy lube know a nd right away there manager called they came out to my house to see what happened and there going to give me a free diagnostic to see what's wrong. the manager was very concerned and attended in urgency I truly do appreciate adrian. However 2 weeks later promise not kept no free diagnostic its ok just won't be returning.”

“The was short and it went pretty quickly. However ,I think I’m used to the Lake Elsinore location where everyone is so friendly and seem like they actually are enjoying their job and like helping you. Here I was greeted my Jazmin who seemed like I was just kind of bothering her or maybe just wasn’t having a good day. Same with another young man that asked me to turn car off and on after the oil change.The very last guy that guided me out with a that had beard was very friendly and Is the reason why I gave it four stars. We have to have our oil change either way, but it’s really nice when people make you feel welcome and not like you’re a bother to them.”

“I came here for an oil change with my 2020 Ford Escape. Conner was the one that serviced my vehicle and recommended I replace my back windshield wiper and air filter, which I did. He was professional and knowledgeable. I was happy with the service and will be back. I used an online coupon for $15 off a full synthetic oil change. I highly recommend them!”

“I was politely greeted by a staff member as I drove up. I didn’t have to wonder which garage to go in to or which one to line up behind. I was asked what I needed and they tended to it right away. They made sure my tires were at the right pressure and checked all my fluids, lights, and filters. Was asked if I would like more coolant which I think was $7.99. That was fine. The stuff was easy to talk to, the service was excellent and fast. In the past couple years I have exclusively been going here and will continue to go here to get my oil changed.”

“Check it out you pay for the oil change and get a free hand car wash. That's the best deal you can ever get they vacuum,hand wash, and hand dry the car. The wait is probably like 25min unless it's really busy. Check it out guys very friendly and nice workers there their very polite and hard workers. I promise you you won't regret going there. It's my spot every time I need and oil change or any maintenance on my car and after that get a free car wash. Hope you where satisfied. Have a blessed day. ?”

My wife's car needed an A/C recharge and now it's blowing colder than a polar bears toe nails. It didn't cost me a fortune, and now her iced coffee doesn't melt as much. I have to wear a hoodie just to ride in the passenger seat! Great work done here!”
“Wow, my name is Alex just got my journey back from the shop, had a knocking sound on my car and I thought, well have 168000 miles on it, that's it, is gone. Not so fast they check it out and find out that the flywheel was crack, they replace that and now it runs better than before.
