Its a hit or miss at this location being open during hours stated. System down many times, or is it really? . I prefer going a few mile east to Homeland post office. I drop off many packages at this Romoland office early morning on my way to work, dropping in slot. Why it takes 4 days for any update on my packages tracking number being updated is very alarming. When I pay for quick service. It BS. I wouldn't recommend this location for any packages being delivered on time if you cant help it. Go to Homeland office, at least you will speak to a human there.

Small office with odd hours, but with efficient customer service representatives. This office is conveniently located between Romoland, Homeland, and (north) Menifee. The employees here who are always willing, efficient, and knowledgeable. I visit this office frequently and have always had a pleasant experience. With all the new home developments within the immediate area, the foot traffic will grow exponentially. The USPS will have to invest in resources and infrastructure to meet the growing demand.

Had a terrible experience here, old dude has a serious attitude problem for someone that works so damn slow. End up getting my box ready just decided to take it to another office in hemet. Service is Night and Day get this old dude out

if I can put 0 stars! I 100 would, first time guest and I will say I will never come back . I got there mins before closing and he still didn’t wanna take care of me , he raised his voice at me , save yourself the time and go somewhere else

Poor service experience the postal clerk tried to charge me for package fee ( over $5 ) on A Christmas card! ! Had to go to another post office next city to mail my card. ( with the stamp I had ) Ridiculous

Drove to this post office 4 times in a month, only to find a sign on the door saying, "SYSTEM DOWN" twice. I'm on social security and don't have money to throw away on wasted gas trips. I'm trying to pick up a package that's too big to fit in the p.o.box I rent there. Today, I've tried calling their local phone # but nobody answered. I'm not wasting more gas only to find another sign on the door when I get there. IS IT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR THE POST OFFICE TO BE OPEN THE 4 HOURS A DAY THAT THEY STATE THEIR OPEN????

I've had a p.o. box in Romoland for at least 10 years. I've never had a problem. Theyopen at 10a and closeat 3p. Mail is in box by 10a. I'd rather have my po box than have my mail all over the road. People can't keep their hands out of our mail boxes

I agree with all the other comments posted regarding this post office. I have dropped off mail from this location and the packages and or letters never made it to it's destination. Some of the envelopes that went out contained gift cards or money. Not only that, I dropped mail into the outside drop box and a few days later I went to drop mail off again and the drop box was gone - some low life stole it! How come no one bothered to post a note on the door informing customers of this incident. Why is this place even open for business?

This place has posted 4 open hours a day. What does the guy do the other 4 hours? He doesn't open on time, he closes early. This is a waste of taxpayer money to keep this guy employed and this office open. Close the office or get a better post office employee that will open on-time and NOT close early. When he is open is is slow AF.

Since the new guy took over our local Romoland office has been aweful. Before when Robert, and the lady that replaced him, was there things went perfect. Robert was there a long time and things went really well. Then a lady, sorry can't remember her name, took over and she also did a great job.
