“Was working in Menifee, I live in Moreno Valley was on my way home. Passing through Perris was looking to buy replacement pods for my Argus vape pen the owner Mohammed was super cool finding me everything I needed for my pen he was telling me about the smok brand vape pen And how they were much easier to get pods and everything for we sat there and talked for about 45 minutes and he Told me “you know what I’m just gonna give you a smok vape pen kit on the house that way you don’t have trouble finding pods in the future”. He literally gave me a $30 vape pen kit & $18 juice , completely FREE, I went there on planning on spending money and he took care of me out of the kindness of his heart ,didn’t ask for anything in return ! I would DEFINITELY recommend going to this smoke shop. The hospitality is unreal. Mohammed is awesome super knowledgeable and will take the time to sit there and talk to you to make sure any questions you have are answered and inform you very well about what you’re looking at too , thank you Mohammed and stash box for the hook up! will definitely be my new go to smoke shop on my way home from work never had An experience like this at any other store Mohammed Genuinely cares about his customers ! “I purchased cigars for a family member's 50th birthday. Left the store with the bag and went to an adjacent store where I dropped the bag. ? I didn't realize one of the cigars was in a glass container. Well, it totally shattered. I went back into the store to see what they could do. They were very nice about providing me another cigar and also wrapped it in bubble wrap. I truly appreciated the fabulous customer service.”

“I stopped here on my way to san diego & when i walked in i was greeted by a little dog, green flag off the bat. Didn't get their names but was helped by the friendliest couple. On top of all that, he gave me $5 off because my dad was in the military. It was only a 5 minute encounter but their positive energy and amazing customer service made my whole night! “Me and my brother went in just because of the name and we were glad we did that was the best experience we ever had at A pipe shop my brother and myself ended up buying a bong each prices were excellent. Then I got a nice sturdy lighter and we both decided to get some Oakley and spy sunglasses and the shop owner gave us.both a can of butane and a couple other things . Best customer service ever .... “Bought a 5-10 thread battery that unfortunately did not fit my wax cartridge due to the mouthpiece so I returned the next day to explain the situation and gentleman had no issues exchanging it for something else. “I really like this place. Everyone I've come across, working here, has all been real cool. I've been coming here off and on, for probably 2 years. For the last 6 or 7 months, it's the only vape shop I go to....I drive over an hr to get here. They're the only ones that have what I'm looking for. I do have one issue though......I can almost never get someone to answer the phone. For me personally, that's super irritating. Answer the darn phone, or turn it off. Cmon now. Anyhow....other than that minor detail, this place is great.”
