I go mostly daily to get my coffee,good selection,cookies are always freshly made in the morning,the 2 ladies that are there in the morning are my favorite they are always nice ,great customer service

Oh, "boss" you picked the wrong customer to be a dick to. Are you ready for this? I call you "boss" because that's what you referred to yourself as you laughed in my face. I almost feel bad for you because you clearly have no social or service etiquette. Before you are so quick to announce you are "the boss" again, I would advise you to read a book or enter any establishment and get some first hand experience on what a professional "boss" is. Here's what you did... ahem 1. You and your friend (who was drinking a coffee) decided to stand INSIDE the store but BLOCKING THE ENTRANCE. You made eye contact with me and didn't move. I assumed you were a customer based on how poorly you were dressed so I went around you. HE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK, INSIDE. He wasn't drinking or eating, just laughing his a** off with his buddy. 2. I needed help so as I'm looking around you look at me and go "WHAT?!" And throw your hands up. At that point, I've had it with this person. Who are you? Do you even work here? 3. I just want to leave so I ask him "can you please not stand and block the door??" and he goes "hahahahaha I'm the boss!" And his friend laughs too repeating. Now I'm shocked, this is how you treat customers????? So I tell him to f*** off. I did, sorry. So let's recap... the BOSS was NOT wearing a mask, he IGNORED his customers, he BLOCKED the entrance to chit chat with a friend, he YELLED at one looking for help, he then walked out behind me swearing at me. Sir, you are an embarrassment to yourself, 7-11, and anyone who actually is a professional business owner.Also, your selection of items is crap. I will be reporting you. This is not the last you hear from me you rude, sad little man.
