Today 6/12/25 @6 pm came to see if we can do an upgrade, but the guy there, seriously didn’t want to help! Or sale, it’s a shame! Didn’t even bother in trying to help.

Whatever guy was working at 5:30pm on Sunday 06/09/24 had the doors locked when they close at 6pm all I wanted was to do an upgrade on my phone which doesn’t take long and all of a sudden he “ran out of iPhones”. Clearly he just didn’t want to help and he was so rude about it telling me to go somewhere else. Horrible customer service

Rob was awesome! Helped me every step of the process. Very thorough and informative. Even got a great bundle deal on my new Samsung S24 Ultra, Watch, and Buds! These guys are amazing and the phone is awesome.

This store has great customer service! Robert is really great at transferring data from the old phone to the new phone, no matter where you bought the new phone.
