Perhaps the worst Bank of America branch. And, from the looks of other reviews, I’m not alone in thinking this way. First time I came here, the line was to the door and they could only spare like one teller even though there were a lot of other employees just milling around. One dude, who looked like the manager there, just wandered around the bank, not even opening another teller. It was ridiculously slow. And I could feel the other customers agitation. Second time, I walked in and they were closed. No, it wasn’t a weekend. No, I was within business hours when I visited. And no, it wasn’t a holiday. The reason they were closed? A sign read that everyone was on their lunch. I was dumbfounded. EVERYONE JUST DECIDED TO TAKE A LUNCH BREAK AT THE SAME TIME?? So yeah, in summary, this branch of BoA is poorly managed. And if you’re reading this, manager, you need to rethink how you run things. Staff more people. And don’t let everyone take a break at the same time. That’s like basic management 101. Anyway, suffice it to say, I will not be returning to this branch. Grade: F-

Had an appointment at 1030 today...still sitting here waiting to be helped at 1055. What's the point of having an appointment and the time is not kept by the bank. 5 to 10 minutes is fine but a half an hour?! Common man!

Always a 35+ minute wait, even at 10:30am on a Monday morning. The customers are terrible, and the security guard doesn't care. I've seen two fights almost start, in front of this location, because there's no system.

Beware! My father had $10,000 worth of gold stolen from his safe deposit box. When he tried to find a way to get it back or at least get the value of the gold returned to him, they said that there was no proof, and there was nothing that they could do. I write this in the hopes that I can protect someone from being in this situation.

Need to get rid of the guy harassing people outside at the ATM asking everyone for money. I do not feel safe depositing money at the ATM.

The worst bank of America. The ATM is always unavailable and the service inside more badly . Don't waist your valuable time by going this place.

The worst bank ever. Issues with depositing and withdrawing. More over you can't find an employee to help you. Specially now with covid 19 banks are expected to help people more. All other banks still service their clients 5 star services.

Atm machines are always broken. If your lucky you will end up in a long line with only one machine up and running.

This bank consistently has a 30 minute wait. Mainly due to the fact that they religiously only have 2 tellers working in a location that has quite literally 13 windows. They have an incredibly unhelpful person on the floor essentially doing nothing. I’ve placed complaints through corporate for years. No change. This is the most horrible bank consistently that i have ever seen. HIRE MORE STAFF
