Terrible customer service . Had a major withdrawal freeze up on their outside ATM machine - one of the personal bankers said he never heard of such issues and didn’t much care to assist in any way - “call chase” was his reply . Checked other reviews and it seems to be a common problem. Stressful experience for a basic atm withdrawal- Do Not use the outside atm !

I honestly felt unsafe while waiting for the atm and also when I was standing there. There is only one atm and it's very close to the street. There is a drive thru but I'd rather not. The atm was sticky and very dirty.

Very quick and professional experience I had, no complaints really just besides property care it seems a bit run down and dirty. Nothing the bank employees can fix it’s a management issue.

Absolutely awful in every way. The line for the 1 and only ATM is a drive up. It's always busy. Awful physical location as well. Don't bother. Pay the fee at a gas station rather than waste your time here.

Zero/nada/none/no customer service. Teller Luz has a bad attitude. I'd fire her in a second. When someone says hi, or thank you, there's a huge tenancy of answering with a smile, at the very least. Luz has no common sense. Horrible customer service from these people who use and take your money.

i'm giving this institution 3stars only because allen the banker was most helpful. with that said and to make the long story short, feb 2022 went hiking, car got broken into, wallet stollen (my fault for thinking they won't see it) then November 2022 forged a check and got away with a large amount of money here at chase bank. to chase.. make sure ur tellers checks the signature and id correlates to the account. i know there are people withmasks that do t feel comfortable pulling there masks down but to prevent this from happening to please have your clients pull their masks down. hope anyone who reads this agrees.

I came in today to maybe open up another account and some gentleman there said it’s procedure that it takes 1 hour and he didn’t want to helpBecause they close at 5pm it was 420 pm when I arrived

This place sometimes is close I had to go to another bank just because they didn’t open. I updated again because on Saturday they said they close at 2 :00 guest what it was close at 1:00 really?

Will not recommend to open a Business Account at this location, would not recommend to open an Account at this location. I had an appointment and they didn’t even called me to notify that the bank would be close today and I made the appointment with the manager.

Too bad I can't give ZERO stars, worst branch location ever. The outside ATMs are ALWAYS broken or out of cash. Tried talking to the branch manager and he just says call corporate. How hard can it be to ensure the machines have enough cash...
