I booked an appointment group vaccine 2 weeks ago, we came and just told me they're high demand and sometimes they couldn't do vaccines in this location, so they couldn't do it today, and just come back tomorrow or go to other locations. Disappointed because there was no notice until we got there, and why would they let me book on a date where there was no available nurse to do it. Now I have to wait another time to get the vaccines for the kids and us on our same time available schedules.

I'm coming from a hospital with two prescriptions sent.
And they refuse to fill them.
They take the god roll like they know more than an er doctor or any Physicians when it comes to medication. I hate this pharmacy..

This pharmacy has been nothing but a pain to work with. There is always something wrong at every visit. Prescriptions not being filled on time, Prescription notifications being sent out stating they are ready when we arrive to pick them up they are not ready. On this visit when I had a complaint about the current prescription to be picked up the associate dismissed my complaint. Yes I was corrected but only on half of my complaint. Was advised to speak with the manager but wouldn't come talk being too busy. there are too many issues to write down on this survey. The News is correct as are the employees working for CVS. The Management needed to see to the needs of the customers not their pockets. I have a $5.00 co-pay and always pay more I have complained in the past to both CVS and Caremark. The store is super dirty, in need of repair (Roof leaks every year above the Pharmacy, and nothing is ever done about. the ceiling tiles have never been replaced after the rain leaks. This CVS is totally in bad shape.
