Most cashiers are very nice at this cvs except for Michele she is very rude old lady needs better training on how to treat customers!

Where to begin... Despite the automated message telling me in its lovely robotic voice that my prescription would be "ready on 1/19/2024 at 3:00pm, not only was said prescription NOT ready, but the pharmacy assistant looked at what was prescribed, looked me up and down and informed me with a sneer, "Even if we could get it, your insurance wouldn't cover it and it would cost you hundreds of dollars." Nice. I had also made an appointment for my flu/covid vaccinations, so I said, "well, I'll just do the vaccines." Again, despite many text confirming my appointment, she told me, "No, that was kicked out because we don't take your insurance." Oh-Kay! So much wrong here: A - why not let me know that when I made the appointment? B - CVS doesn't take BlueCross/BlueShield now?? C - A teensy bit of, "I'm so sorry, but..." would have gone a really long way. I made an appointment at RiteAid for the following day and was asked IN ADVANCE to see if my insurance would cover it - it did. No humiliation required.

Never had worst customer service from a pharmacy tech as my husband and I did yesterday. We called them over 5-6 times throughout the day and was given the worst attitude by the same lady. This is the first time we have ever used this CVS because it's closer to where we live now and we will never use it again. I know why they have only 2 stars now. The doctor emailed over the correct amount of medication and she kept telling us we were wrong. The psychiatrist is very busy and had to keep dealing with our calls and e-mails to him because the lady at CVS was telling us he sent over the complete opposite script of what he was telling and showing us. This is so unprofessional. It is one thing to not know how to read an email correctly, but to be rude to a patient who suffers from SEVERE anxiety is the worst thing you can do to someone. I hope the calls and be pulled and you can listen to the way she spoke to us. I hope she learns how to treat people with respect and do her job correctly. The doctor eventually had to have his assistant call in after hours of going back and forth. And then finally they call us back saying everything is resolved and that the script is ready and she made a different lady call us back. However, we went to have our family member pick it up today and now they're saying it won't be ready until the 26th! Why would they call and say it's ready when it isn't? My husband is on an antidepressants and this was for his anxiety medication. How can someone work for a place like this and treat people with mental issues like they are a drug addict or they are wrong etc when she was the one who was wrong? This is the problem with the world and the medical system. How dare her. Will never use this CVS again, I'm shocked you guys have 2 stars. It should be 1.

Came in excited asking about photos since we wanted to make a copy of a family portrait and the manager was extremely rude and yelling for no reason. She was in a rush to get us out of the store and just said we don't have it and yelled at us in front of other customers. It's a shame that someone can treat someone so poorly if they hate their job they should not work here. Terrible customer service and terrible way to treat people.

I never have a hassle here they have an express lane for pharmacy SO I NEVER WAIT IN LINE. I PRE-ORDERE MY RX ON MY APP and I never have to wait in line. IT is the best.

Very friendly and informative staff. They do a great job of getting prescriptions filled as quickly as possible and the wait times are very reasonable!

Kari Shea and her team are one of the best neighborhood pharmacies I've ever gone to. She and her staff take special care of their customers, despite the sheer number of them in local Sun Valley. She and the CVS manager, Juan, truly care about the experience they have in the store, and they work hard to make sure that concern is perceived in a real-world environment. The community that lives at Roscoe and Laurel Canyon is lucky to have these folks, and I am proud to say I'm among them.Keep up the good work!

Rude staff. I waited an hour and when it was my turn the clerk started helping someone else behind me. On another day, they text me that my son's medication is ready for pickup and I waited in line for an hour and they couldn't find the medicine and asked for me to come back tomorrow. I told them I won't and they found the prescription from God knows what hole because the bag was stapled at the top but was wrinkled and torn at the bottom. Then I go home to find that they only gave 5 pills and when I called they state that it was only to hold him over until their order comes in. I wish I knew that sooner and they didn't send me a text saying my RX is ready. I can't believe I've stayed with them this long. Bye CVS!

Me and my friend went to the nearby urgent care since her child had fever and runny nose, the doctor sent the medication to this pharmacy. Me and my friend went to pick it up when the pharmacist told us, the doctor sent an incorrect medicine and they would not give it to us. We were already anxious about the kids health and this whole situation made it even worse. We had to call the doctor and let her know what pharmacist told us. The urgent care called the pharmacy and turned out that it is the pharmacy that messed up everything. In result we got the medications an hour and a half late, stress calling the doctor and asking what is wrong. I can not believe this. if there was an option to put 0 stars, I would.

The staff especially Kristen (girl with pink hair) was VERY rude. She started rolling her eyes when they had to call the doctors office about my medication. And when I asked about my other medication she just said "its not covered by your insurance" and just walked away. She Didn't even give me more information as to why it wasn't covered or where I can purchase the medication. The other lady was the one who told me it was covered she just needed to call the office for an ICD-10 code. Kristen needs to be trained better or needs a job where she isn't dealing with patients health and medications.

When I go to this store everyone’s very helpful with needs or items I can’t find and believe me the checkout people have always been friendly and helpful with anything I ask for great store my over the counter needs. Love this particular CVS Store!
