Can't try on the clothes before buying. The fitting rooms have been closed for awhile. When I asked when the fitting rooms will be open, they simply say we don't know. Because I was in a hurry to find something to wear I ended up buying different sizes of the same style and trying them on at home. There return policy is meh. You only get store credit.....

After many years of coming here, I've decided to stop because their clothes are expensive for the quality AND they don't let you try them on AND they don't do refunds. You gotta have one or the other! You can't do both! It's a shame because sometimes they have pretty cute stuff.

This store has cute clothes but too bad the customer service sucks! They would probably do so much better if they weren't rude, followed you around the store& I tried to exchange something & they didn't let me because it looked like I "wore it" like wtf that's how the item was sold to me!!!

Very bad customer service. Everything is overpriced & super cheap quality. I was not aware I couldn't return an item, the older lady said it was my fault because I told their employee to put the receipt in the bag. The employee who rang me up did not tell me the item was not returnable. I will definitely not be back.

worst job ever. worked there for 3 days and esther and jackie are the rudest cruelest people i have ever met. they're rude with an attitude and just ur cuz ur older than me doesn't mean u can treat me like that. also my job was boring and they were always talking bad about customers. esther told this girl that she would only fit in plus size which really hurt her. i cannot even stop talking about how bad management is. ALSO THE RULES LMFAOAOAOAOAOAO. all the clothes facing the same way or some ocd crazy rules that we all had to follow. everyone is rude and the clothing just isn't good quality. ur better off going to cotton on cuz this is literally a shein store.

A lot of their clothes look nice but the fitting rooms are closed - even though COVID rules ended months ago - and you cannot get refunds. So, I pass on things I'd buy if I could try them on. Or return for a refund. Without those options I don't buy.

Look no further for a store that has beautiful fashion while also being inclusive! I'm lucky to find my size in most clothing stores, but its never a problem here, and the clothes do not compromise in style! Friendly staff and fabulous clothes

Do not apply to work here, several folks I knew who applied and had years of experience were denied and it's team is not organized or professional as they've lost my resume/ claimed I never showed up. I was looking forward to possibly working here as well, thought I'd take a chance despite the reviews but I do not want to represent a location that treats customers poorly.

Just called to see if I can exchange a dress for a bigger size and they said I couldn’t because I didn’t purchase the dress at their store ! The store I originally purchased from is sold out in the size I need this is a ridiculous store policy !!!!!! Plus it’s from the same exact store just different location !!!

Do not go at this place sales lady at the front was rude and racist. Customer is always right Any sales person have to right to degrade any customer because of ethnic backgrounds, religious affiliations etc. Do not sho here.

Wife shops here. No returns policy. Owner seemed indifferent. Came here with her to get an exchange and stepped on a roach. Don’t think she’ll be shopping here anymore.

Hello everyone. I don't leave many reviews anywhere and when I do it's usually to compliment establishments. A couple things about this location.. but first I'll talk about what happened today. I went in with my teenage daughter we bought over $120 worth of clothing , nothing big but also a significant amount. We purchased jeans which of course we were unable to try on because the fitting rooms are closed understandably due to pandemic.. when we got home and took everything out we noticed the jeans buckle was missing/broken. I immediately call and talk to one of the ladies(I think it's one of the owners) and tell her the situation she was rude right off the back and told me that we couldn't return the pair of jeans. Their policy does state that there are no returns only exchanges and store credit. Under normal circumstances this would not be the problem but we decided we just didn't want it.. I explained I understand but that we just purchased the product that I'd like to return it, remember it had only been about 2 hours from purchase. She HUNG UP the phone in my face. I'm not someone to get riled up easily and super polite , especially during these times but this was kind of unreal. The reason I'm upset is because EVERY TIME I go in there they are following us around the store being really obvious thinking we are going to steal something. In combination with their poor customer service and this whole Jean situation I don't think we'll be returning. YOUR PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED OUT THE STORE. I got home and immediately politely called. I don't think we want the jeans because it's obviously poor quality. Hope they address this and change because we go often as it's my teenagers go-to little clothes store. VERY DISAPPOINTED
