Had a packaged delivered by a man who named himself “gio” (I doubt it was even his real name) who was hitting a vape/pen device while walking with a package to my door. It’s bad enough that the drivers in my area drive like buffoons who have never received proper training for a van. Now I have to worry about them being under the influence as well? Called the corresponding facility to no avail. Something has to change with the drivers and whoever is behind hiring them. Ridiculous

Usually I've had similar experiences as many have posted of drivers being negligent in actually attempting to deliver their packages and just overall difficult time receiving the customer care one expects from such a well known shipper. With that said I had a very pleasant and positive from an employee his name is lamar. I'm not sure what exactly his position was at this location but he definitely went above and beyond to make sure that my question and concerns were taken care of and complelty put me at ease with the certainty that make package would be placed aside and ready for me when I show up......best service I've had with fed ex ......p.s give that man a raise 🙌

They didn't do what I asked them to do on the back of the tag I asked the driver to lock the gate after they dropped my package please but they didn't do that my package could have been stolen

Thanks, Andrew. Another delivery where you didn't follow delivery instructions. I am disabled and cant get to the package locker. I put please deliver to front door on all labels, its in the delivery instructions on my Fed Ex app and the leasing office took my name out of the computer and put deliver to front door and you still put it in the package locker. Thanks for discriminating against me.

Like many others have said, TheyNever use call box, I live in an apartment building with a call box at the front gate that calls my cell phone directly. They never call using the call box and just leave missed package slip.
As a foreigner living in CA, I’ve always thought USPS was a bit casual in their deliveries, but in my fifth year here, FedEx has given me the worst delivery experience.

There are FedEx employees who at night start drinking beer and leave the glass containers on the sidewalks and some even break and the glass scatters on the street causing the tires of the vehicles that circulate in that area to suffer damage. . The pigs don't even bother to take the glass containers or cartons of beer when they finish drinking, they just leave them stuffed on the sidewalks.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Speechless. ? just say Amazon and ups dropped my packages off and fedex just left a door tag. Sigh. Two days in a row. How can Amazon and ups get in my gate without a problem and fedex can not. And when I try to call I just get a machine. No other options. It is so overwhelming.

Was supposed to get a delivery June 1st but never received. Got a message that delivery was attempted at 7:01pm but nobody was home. I've been home all day and my surveillance cameras showed no FedEx delivery person. FedEx is very dishonest. Do not trust them.
