Thanks, Andrew. Another delivery where you didn't follow delivery instructions. I am disabled and cant get to the package locker. I put please deliver to front door on all labels, its in the delivery instructions on my Fed Ex app and the leasing office took my name out of the computer and put deliver to front door and you still put it in the package locker. Thanks for discriminating against me.

Always Great to have a (Kinkos) around well FedEx shipping. Never ro busy I love how their cold atmosphere. . Best of all, if you need help there is someone ready to help you.

Everything went smoothly and quickly regarding my shipment being processed and brought to their loading dock with their forklift.
The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions.
This was important for me being this was my first time freight shipment.

I chose to use Fedex freight priority (2 day service) to ship 3 industrial printers valued over $75,000 from Dallas, TX to our facility in Santa Clarita, California. By the 3rd day, Fedex told me that they hadn't made it through Arizona. They showed up on the 5th day, one printer stacked on top of another, totally destroyed all 3. (They weigh approx 300 lbs each). Fedex denied paying the damage claim because they weren't wrapped with cardboard. They ignored the fact that an employee used a forklift to stack them on top of each other. Beware.

Ruben provided really good service. The freight was deemed residential and was in an appointment container. Regina the customer service rep said it would not be possible to provide a pickup option but Ruben made it happen. The customer was going to cancel the order and because Ruben provided good service I have saved a sale and It allowed me to provide excellent service. This is why we choose FedEx, thank you Ruben.
