Went in today to get a cleanse for a marijuana drug test and the man that was working there completely lied to me and told me they did not sell anything that would help me cleanse my body. He was such a jerk and completely unprofessional and boldly lied because I have bought a cleansing there before I just couldn't remember the name! I recommend going to any other GNC store just not the one in Sun Valley!

I order GNC products from Amazon and pick up at this store. After received pick up is ready emails. I went, verify my info, Clark told me there is nothing of my orders, gave me a number to call. I called, after long time to verify my info He don't have my order either. He called the store and said can't reach anybody. Then silence. I think been disconnected. I call again, after all that verify my info the lady said no she can't find anything either. Later store called said they mess up. So I went again. All that trouble just for buying products. GNC need to fix their systems.

Mrs. Anna was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I went in to make a return for a product I bought awhile ago. The thing is I had bought several items that day and had come back to return one of them earlier. The associate that helped me make the return that day never returned my original receipt it I didn't think it'd be an issue since I have the purchase history online. Well I came in and immediately Anna just seemed annoyed I didn't have my receipt with me. She said she'll "try" to look it up in the system. When she was able to, she said it had exceeded the return window by 2 days. I asked what my options were and she said I could return for store credit but she kept repeating "it's not worth it, you'll lose money." I didn't like the product which is why I wanted to return it but since I had only missed it by 2 days, I asked if contacting customer service would help. I said it also wasn't my fault that they never gave me back my receipt and she ROLLED HER EYES at me and SHRUGGED and said "you can contact them then." I've worked customer service for years and know to NEVER disrespect a customer like that, especially so blatantly. If she's a manager, it just goes to show what kind of service you're getting here. Terrible.

The customer services at this story really blows. My parents went in there today and the one person that was on the floor was just on her phone. They could have taken items from there and she wouldn't have notice. FIRE HER A*** Store manager, please hire people that want to work and make money for your store. Side note: if someone goes in the store, they are going in there to product. So get off your phone and attend the customer. Wasting time and money on todays employee. Look at the cameras!!!

Went in looking for a specific product and the 2 females working there were absolutely CLUELESS! Not to mention their attitude was a*** Idk why they hire people to work at a supplement store if they don't have a clue what any of their products are. Trash, Trash, Trash! Management, you need to do better and hire knowledgeable employees!

Store is closed most of the time during business hours. Very inconvenient. Workers take breaks and close shop which means there isn't someone else to cover a shift. Bad management :(
