It should be known, new owners. Poor customer service and bad quality work. Brand new glass installed (with a scratch in my sight line) which I didn't notice because they didn't clean the glass after installing it. Also, had to have the wiper arms reinstalled because passenger side was hitting the cowl. Please, stay away from this place, it's not what it used to be

Please read it before you go! I was in the shop today. They removed my windshield glass and don't have replacement in stock. Was waiting forever to get replacement. Finally they said they don't have it. I need to drive without windshield to get replacement. That's business should recall the license.

My car was broken into and the side window was completely smashed. insurance wasn't much help, because of a higher deductible, I called around, and ultimately this business got me in the next day. I only had to pay $125 out of pocket. All I had to do was show up with the car and let the technicians do their magic. My window looked brand new and both the woman and man that helped me was very nice and good at her job.

Janice gets her own 5 for customer service. Super helpful, sweet and 100% accommodating. I called several locations before finding J&N Auto. I cant stress enough how friendly and professional everyone was. My appointment was at 9am and they were already expecting me. All in all took 45min. I would highly recommend this business. Which I already have. Glass is tempered. Best price.

My car was broken into and was scrambling to find somewhere that could fix the glass the same day. Jaime was very knowledgeable and fast and fixed it quickly. Most places said it would take at least a day to get the part. Thanks again.

My car had a huge crack down the middle of the front windshield. I contemplated getting it replaced for so long because I knew it would be expensive to fix. I called around, called about 8-10 different places. They all either quoted me a high price, told me they didn't have my type of windshield available or told me they wouldn't be able to recalibrate my windshield after replacing it. I decided to call one more place which was J&N Auto Glass. They quoted me such a good price that I was actually shocked & in disbelief. I asked if they would be able to recalibrate as well & they said of course. I left my deposit on Tuesday & came Saturday, I was on my way (Only day I was available to go). I dropped off my car at 9 & within an hour & 20 minutes, they called me to let me know it was done! Warranty on the labor too. I will def be coming back here if I ever have another cracked windshield!
