I want to just say if you are at the JP logistics site, you have come to the best 5 Star Car transport company on the West Coast of North America. ??
I can promise that they are not the cheapest, but if you want White Glove door to door service… LOOK NO FURTHER! POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, PREMIUM!!! The customer service on the phone were super and reassuring, their Field Reps/ Transportation Staff, Uniforms, well dressed and well mannered ( not your average that is for sure)
Lastly their Transportation Equipment is State of the Art!! LOVE THIS COMPANY!

Excellent service and communication. Drivers arrived during scheduled time windows, in uniform and very courteous. We moved a wide body exotic vehicle with no issues. George, the owner / CEO, was always accessible and accommodating. You pay a little more using JP Logistics but it's well worth it!

Where to begin from the start communication was always on point my representative. Jorge was very helpful. Schedule car pick up from California to be delivered to Atlanta was told 5 to 7 days driver got to Atlanta a day earlier was not expecting that, great service. Great communication throughout the whole way. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who’s interested in transporting their vehicles. They have such a high standard of service that I would not hesitate to use them again.

My car had a whole dashboard of Christmas lights lighting up and JP Logistics came to my house and delivered my car to the dealer for service the same day. The Quality of Delivery was excellent, communication was excellent. Prior to pickup communicate with them directly, get an invoice in ADVANCE and arrange pickup time and everything will go really well like it did for me. My dealership really dropped the ball in communication on this matter, but it was not JP Logistics fault at all. They are AWESOME!!!!

I purchased a used 2017 Acura NSX from Dallas, Texas, on March 3rd, 2023. JP logistics was the quickest delivery time and picked up the phone consistently. I got the car delivered to my home in California within four days. The car stayed in the same truck for the entire journey. The truck had a side hatch and hydraulic lift specifically designed for low cars.Nice to be balanced and talk about the cons, It was not was not the most competitive price. I chose JP logistics because of their reputation on forums and from dealers. For me, it made sense to pay more for the right group/reputation.Update: While the car was serviced at a dealership, there was some small damage. George, the CEO, helped me personally with some important evidence.Brad

Could not have had a better experience. Called them on a Monday, they had my car picked up on Tuesday and delivered it by Wednesday from CA to CO. Amazing communication, great pricing, and the car arrived in perfect shape. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

This review is strictly for auto carriers who deliver/pickup here. Every time we arrive to pick up a vehicle that's being transported, the people are always on point. The cars are usually ready to go so we don't have to wait around long. The downside to this location, is you have to park in the middle lane of a VERY busy street. That being said, today it was pouring rain and when the hubby was loading, a truck came within centimeters of hitting him. This isn't the company's fault by any means. I just want our fellow truckers to be cautious. Just assume that others can't drive well or won't see you altogether. Also, this isn't the best area in Los Angeles, so watch your back. The 3 stars is strictly due to the bad parking situation and the location. For the customers privacy , the pictures I posted aren't the exact cars we picked up. Be safe drivers and keep on Truckin'
