When my mom and I went into Kohls…. We were shopping around for some makeup and Nevaeh in Sephora took the time to really help us. She was professional, detailed and lovely to educate us on the moisturizing products. Thank you for helping us!

This Kohl’s Location has very limited inventory for certain sizes in relation to clothing. The partners/associates are Very Friendly and Customer Service Oriented. The place is Very Clean. My other issue with this venue is that its located out in BFE in the middle of nowhere, meaning you have to drive out far in order to get Great Deals and participate in the Kohl’s Cash Rewards (which is an Excellent Sales Event).

I've reviewed KOHLS before, not too long ago. So I'll be quick. I LOVE the Sun Valley KOHLS, and today’s visit was no different- ALWAYS GR8. Why?
Glad you asked! KOHL’S employs gr8 people who smile, greet you, and help when needed ~ like Ivan did today. I asked him to be in a selfie w/me and he was more than happy.

great store to shop in. The associates are always very helpful in helping you locate items and check prices . I would highly recommend this store to all , great prices on merchandise , and there are a lot of items , that only this store carries . great experience

Manager Monica is extremely unprofessional and rude. I was assigned to do a job here and she didn’t allow me to complete it after I traveled all the way from Costa Mesa here.

I placed an order online for a hello kitty stuffed pumkin, it say it would be delivered or ready for pickup by Wednesday the latest. I didnt do delivery because i pass by. Daily on my way to work. So i figured id stop by after work,
I have been calling since Tuesday and every time someone answers finally, I told him I want to check if my order is ready and they say they have to transfer me and nobody ever picks up or they hang up on me. For two days now, then today i call & it says “the store is temporarily closed when i call but hours say open till ten.
I haven’t received an update on cause because I don’t have an account. I checked out as a guest. It’s frustrating me already how unprofessional this place has always been especially the younger ghetto girls they hired.
