I received this gel manicure 4 days ago. I have been to this shop 3 times in total and the result has always been the same, but I am also a service provider and wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I clearly wasted my money again, and hope that the providers take their job more seriously to give clients what they are paying decent money for instead of this garbage. Very disappointing. Please do better. My gel pedicure has a very similar result.

This place is a hit or miss. I only get simple gel manicures and pedicures here, nothing else. Sometimes they do a great job and other times they are in a complete rush to get you out that they do a half assed job. Plus they now want to charge you for every little thing including the callus remover which should be part of the service. Not to mention some of the ladies that work there are rude! This will be my last time here, I've had too many bad experiences. I recently went to get a mani pedi, when I arrived there was only one client and 2 staff. I was told to wait 15 minutes which I was fine with. The staff member that was available and not working on anyone continued to ignore me while I waited. Then she went to go attend to the client that was already being attended by the other worker. She then looked at me and told me to leave because it would take an hour and half. Really??? Is this how you speak to customers?? I guess money isn't important to them if they're being so disrespectful. I reminded the lady that i was told it would only be a 15 min wait. The lady then kept stuttering not knowing what excuse to give me but that I should leave and come back another day. I got up from my seat and told her I would be getting my nails done somewhere else instead. As soon as i got in my car and was about to drive off, that same lady came out running from the salon towards my car yelling at me to come back and that she would do my nails!!! I shook my head, told her no and drove off. I hope they learn their lesson if they want to keep their regular customers. So glad i didn't put up with their bs and left. I found another nail salon nearby down the street with a welcoming and nice environment.

So horrible! I always come here for a simple pedicure, because who can mess that up all you have to do is paint the nails! Every time I come, something is off, they file way too much. The nails are slanted or something else is wrong. My mom came in on Sunday and was cut horribly! Her toe was bleeding as she left and when she wiped she was missing a huge chunk of nail/skin! You are not professional pediatrists you should NOT be digging into a nail under any circumstances! My mom told you she was in pain and they kept going! After the service she mentioned how she had been cut very badly and their response was "we had to your nail was stuck." This is completely unacceptable! Cutting in and reaching raw skin can cause a serious infection! This place is horrible not 1 person apologized or acknowledged the blood spilling off her toe! DO NOT COME HERE!

FIRST TIME VISIT: This location closes at 7:30-8 pm. I could be wrong. I usually never wait till the last minute, but I called at 7:05pm. if there was availability for pedi. I arrived within 7 minutes. LILLY WAS AMAZING!! She was patient and handled my feet with care, and clipped my nails with delicacy(they were not in good shape). She did NOT rush despite the fact that she was left alone to close up. She offered to wax eye brow and lip. I declined the first time because I felt bad having her stay after hours. She offered a second time, so I accepted might as well. My brows have been a HOT MESS since NOVEMBER. SHE WORKED HER MAGIC ! & ONCE AGAIN KILLED IT ?? IM SOO SATISFIED WITH HER WORK! DEF COMING BACK & REQUESTING HER. THANK YOU LILLY!

I only give 3 stars because they are nice and all but I notice a lot of red flags in this place they are not as sanitary as I wish they can be especially people who are licensed. Another red flag to me is the lack of knowledge I'm all about making sure my nails have a apex and my acrylics fell off in 3 days I won't bother to go back. But my toes were done good just kinda scary because I feel like the tools aren't sanitize how they should be.

I got my nails done here 3 days ago and I was left satisfied! I'm an anxious nail biter who's in the process of trying to quit the habit so my nails are obviously short. Therefore I'm not used to having longer nails so I decided on getting the dip powder. I regret not getting the nail technician's name, but she was friendly and did an amazing job considering how short my nails are. I asked for square shaped nails without giving too much length and she did exactly that! The reason for the 4 stars is because she kind of rushed through it because it was close to closing time. I feel as though the nails would've turned out even better if she took her time! Regardless of that, it was a pleasant experience for it being my first time at a nail salon :)
