“These guys are great..Friendly team with extensive knowledge. Answered all of my questions, made great recommendations and worked with me to find the best bondo and extra hardener and clear coat. They even gave me a little bondo at no charge which they could charge me for the whole bondo box - Then I was asked for some Paint thinner , but instead they are charging me extra , they poured almost half litre into an empty can and didn't charge any. I guess the owner's name was " Sipan " . Your positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers is appreciated. Thank you & thank you”

During my visit, I initially received incorrect product recommendations, which could have led to a costly and frustrating mistake. Julianna stepped in, quickly identified the issue, and corrected it with confidence and clarity. She demonstrated exceptional product knowledge, took the time to explain the correct solutions, and ensured everything was handled properly. Throughout the process, she was patient, courteous, and highly professional. Her level of expertise and customer service stood out immediately and made a significant difference in my overall experience. Julianna clearly operates at a leadership level and exemplifies the standards customers expect from Sherwin-Williams. “Posting for my Girl Scout: I love Catalina Paints. My Girl Scout troop wanted to donate to the Wildlife Learning Center for our Bronze Award project, but we had to paint the shelter we made. So we came to Catalina Paints. They had so many colors, but we ended up painting it a brown because it was close to their habitat color. They helped us a lot with the color and it turned out really nice! I recommend Catalina Paints if you’re in need for some color!!!”

“I'm in Tucson Arizona and have ordered from Portola Paints several times. The orders are always processed quickly and shipped securely - no issue with containers opening, spilling, or getting damaged in any way. I recently sent them a paint sample and asked for it to be matched in Roman Clay. I was a little nervous about how close of a match they could achieve but turns out I had nothing to worry about. The match is pretty much exact. I was incredibly pleased and impressed and I'm sure my client will be as well. I love working with the Roman Clay - it's a fabulous product with a gorgeous finish. My clients have loved it every time I've used it.”

“I am not a pro auto painter but have painted a few cars a year for the last 20 yrs(a few motor cycles and some spot repairs) all i can say is they have done a great job matching any color that i have needed including custom pearls metalics and pastels. They have very good prices and good service. The only complaint i would have is sometimes they close a bit early if bussiness is slow so just call ahead if you are going to get there close to closing time. I highly recomend them if you have a hard to match color or just need common body shop supplies.”

“I am working on a small remodel, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. When I called my DE in Pasadena to book an appointment with the color specialist I was told they no longer have one. I would have to go to Roland Heights or Glendale. I booked my appointment with Jean at the Glendale location and had the most wonderful experience!!! She listened closely to what I needed and enjoyed seeing the photos I had brought. Jean shared my vision of the design and colors!! Working with Jean was like shopping with my best Girlfriend! She is an Interior Designer by profession and incredibly talented choosing the right colors. When it came to the upstairs bathroom, she kindly steered me away from the grey color I had in mind. Showing me the palette of newest colors! Thank you Jean!!! And thanks to DE for having Jean who is The Best color specialist I have ever worked with. I look forward to working with on upcoming projects. Thanks so much!!💞”
