As a first time coin/gold/silver customer you can not hope to find a more experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly purveyor than Paul Albarian. As many reviewers noted, I was able to Google search him and walk in the same day. His reception area is welcoming and staffed with friendly people. He was able to see me within 5 minutes and even evaluated the coin/gold/silver I brought right in front of me. Paul was the consummate gentleman and educated me on what I had as well. Instead of urging me to sell or save or other, he gave me options and indicated which he could help me with. His expertise and professionalism made me trust his word, but his ability to make me feel comfortable made me do business with him. I must admit that it is smaller than what I had thought, but nonetheless, I’m truly impressed a few blocks away from this location seems a little sketchy and I’m putting that mildly. For those that have never seen the show, I’m sure that it would not have the same appeal.”
