“Truck wouldn't start next day, maybe I left a light on or didn't lock the door. Called Penske Sun Valley (11200 Peoria) location and they immediately dispatched a tech in 45 min. Truck was jump-started and tech waited for 15 min before re-starting the truck on it's own battery power. Truck started without issues and we never had any problems along our 4-day journey from LA to Seattle. Also truck was 3-years old, seats were very comfortable, it was a pleasure to drive and we arrived will little fatigue and backache at our destination. Highly recommended A+”
“We've used this place twice. It's pretty good. Clean. There were two pretty young ladies running the place. Both friendly and professional. We went to rent a van for a few hours. It took a long time to drive away. 50 questions. Where are you going? How long? etc. But I think this is standard for U-Haul. It takes forever. The pricing was fair, the place clean and organized. Easy check in. I'll continue to use this place in the future.”
